family

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your family. We have been lifting up your mom who has carried so much grief since losing your dad when you were young and walking through a remarriage that did not work out. We understand how heavy it must feel to see her alone now and carrying the strain of caring for your two adult brothers in her home.

We continue to pray for your brothers who live with bipolar disorder and do not work, and for the strife and strain this places on everyone in the household. We remember before the Lord that your brother nearly lost his life twice this summer because of his medication, and we ask God for healing and stability for them both, for wisdom for doctors and for peace in their minds and bodies. We also pray for your mom to feel comforted and deeply loved and to receive clear direction from God for the decisions before her.

We have also brought before God your concern that your mom is considering letting strangers move in and asking your brothers to leave, and we share your burden about this with winter approaching in northern Michigan. We pray for safety for your brothers who would have nowhere safe to go, and for protection for your mom that she would not be taken advantage of by those who might seek to use her kindness. We ask the Lord to provide safe housing and provision and to guard your family from those who would bring harm, especially with the dangers you described in the upper peninsula. We also lift up the daughters of your brothers and ask God to protect them all from evil and to surround your entire family with His care. We cling to the promise that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3.

We pray all of this in Jesus Name. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
