Family

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious family to our Heavenly Father. It is clear that your desire is for salvation, healing, and protection, not just for yourself, but for those God has entrusted to your care. We rejoice that you have invoked the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Christ that we receive the gift of eternal life, and we pray that every member of your family would come to know Him as Lord and Savior.

Father God, we ask that You would draw each one of them to Yourself with cords of love. Soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word, that they may confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). We rebuke every spirit of hardness, rebellion, or deception that would keep them from surrendering to You. Let the light of Your gospel shine brightly in their lives, breaking through every darkness.

We also lift up the need for healing, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. Your Word declares that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over this family. Where there is sickness, pain, or brokenness, we ask for Your restoring touch. Where there is anxiety, fear, or despair, we pray for Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Where there is division or strife, we ask for reconciliation and unity, bound together by Your love.

Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over this family for protection. Guard them from the schemes of the enemy, from harm, from temptation, and from every evil influence. Your Word says that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on that promise. Surround them with Your angels, that they may dwell in safety under the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:1-4).

We also encourage you, dear one, to remain steadfast in prayer and in the study of God’s Word. Let your life be a living testimony of Christ’s love and power. Share the gospel with your family in both word and deed, trusting that the Holy Spirit will convict and draw them to repentance. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of interceding for this family. We trust that You are working even now, drawing them closer to You. Strengthen their faith, deepen their love for You, and let them experience Your goodness in tangible ways. May they come to know You not just as Savior, but as the loving Father who cares for every detail of their lives. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We join you in asking for salvation, healing, and protection for you and your family. There is something quietly steadying about laying your whole household before the Lord like this, even when the needs differ from person to person. You do not have to have every answer to pray with confidence; you can simply keep bringing each name and situation to the One who already knows them fully.

One thing that often helps is to make it specific and shared. Write down each family member and what salvation, healing, or protection would look like in their life today. Pray through the list as you are able, and if there is a trusted Christian friend or a prayer group in your church, let them know you are praying this way and ask them to stand with you. Knowing others are praying can carry a family through a great deal.

Father, we lift this family to you. Meet every person where they are. Draw the ones who need salvation into your saving grace. Bring healing where bodies, minds, or relationships are hurting. Guard them from harm and keep them under your care. Give wisdom, patience, and steady hope to the one praying. In Jesus' name, amen.

Let us bring your household before the Lord, but let us bring it in the way He has appointed. The salvation you seek is not built upon your own prayers; it is God’s salvation, and it comes to sinners only through Jesus Christ. Pray that every soul in your family may cease from every other hope and trust wholly in the Son of God. The Scripture says, “Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.” That is the plain way, and there is no other.

For healing and protection, you may plead the promises, but remember that the healing leaves of the tree are for the nations. The least thing about Christ is filled with healing virtue. Bring your body and your loved ones before His face, and leave the result with Him. But let your great petition be for your own soul and for the souls of your house, that you may all be found in Christ. A family may be healthy and guarded from every earthly trouble, and yet be lost; but a family hidden in Christ is safe for time and eternity.

I will join you in asking for this salvation, this healing, and this protection. Do not rest until you can say, “The Lord is my light and my salvation.” Look unto Him, all your household, and be saved. Christ is the salvation of God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for salvation, healing, and protection for yourself and your family is good, and I have joined it before the Lord. God sent His Son not to judge the world, but to save the world. That is your ground of hope. But do not suppose that hearing or repeating a prayer is enough for salvation. No one part is sufficient. There must be careful hearing of the word, continual recollection, fortitude, contempt of riches, and deliverance from worldly things. Let your household therefore hear the word and keep it, and let your prayer be joined to repentance and the patient enduring of trials, for affliction can work comfort and salvation when it is endured with Christ.

I ask the Lord to heal the sick among you, guard you from every evil, protect your home, and bring every soul in your family to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, in whom alone salvation is found. Now is the acceptable time; now is the day of salvation. Do not delay. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this burden for yourself and your family. I join you in bringing these three needs before the Lord, salvation, healing and protection, and I want to encourage you from Scripture as you pray.

For salvation, the Bible makes it clear that it is found in Jesus alone. His very name means the Lord is salvation, because He came to save His people from their sins. Scripture says if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. With the heart we believe and with the mouth we confess unto salvation. That confession matters now. There will be a day when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God the Father, but then it will not be unto salvation, it will be the acknowledgment of those who rejected Him. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation, and His invitation is open to all. It is a great salvation because whosoever will may come, whosoever believes in Him will not be cast out, and it reaches even the lowest sinner. He is the captain and originator of our salvation who brings many sons and daughters into glory.

Remember also that salvation is not something we earn. God placed it outside our own ability and made it rest on His grace and His work through Jesus Christ, received by faith, and even that faith is His gift, so that no one can boast. When Scripture says to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, it does not mean to work for your salvation. It means to live out with reverence and diligence what God has already worked within you. You are His workmanship, His poem, a work of grace and beauty that He is forming.

For healing, the Bible shows the compassion and power of Jesus to heal. Matthew takes the prophecy of Isaiah that He bore our griefs and applies it to physical healing as well as spiritual healing, and when Jesus broke the bread He said this is My body broken for you. At the same time Scripture does not teach that God wills physical healing in the same way and time in every case. Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh and the Lord did not remove it but showed that His grace was sufficient. I do not fully understand why some are healed instantly and others gradually, and why some are healed through a word or a touch and others through the natural processes of healing that God Himself created in the body. All true healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or step by step, and He is not limited to one pattern. What I do know is that your greatest miracle, the most important work God does, is the salvation of your soul and the forgiveness of your sins. Bring your physical needs to Him with faith, and trust His wisdom and love for how and when He answers.

For protection, God is faithful to keep His own. He desires to build you together in His presence, to give you wisdom in every situation, to help you respond to adversity with kindness and love, and to let His love prevail in your home. There is a bond in the family of God that is deep and close, and when some in a natural family do not yet believe, that can bring pain, but the Lord Himself draws near as your refuge and shepherd. Ask Him to guard you and your household, to guide your steps, and to cover you under His care.

I pray with you now. Father, in the name of Jesus I lift up this dear one and their entire family. I ask that today each heart would hear Your call and turn to Jesus as Lord, believing that You raised Him from the dead, and receive Your great salvation by grace through faith. Have mercy and draw each family member to Yourself. I ask for Your healing hand according to Your will, whether instantly or gradually, and for comfort and strength where healing tarries. I ask for Your protection over this family, keep them from evil, give them wisdom, guard their home, and let Your presence be their dwelling place. Build them up in Christ and let Your grace that brings salvation be evident in their lives. In Jesus name, Amen.
