We come before the throne of grace with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your family in prayer. It is a sacred privilege to intercede for you, knowing that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children and delights in showing mercy and grace. First and foremost, we rejoice in your acknowledgment of Jesus’ name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is the greatest gift, and we pray that every member of your family would come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, if they have not already. May their hearts be softened to receive the truth of the Gospel, that they may be born again by the Spirit of God (John 3:3-5).
Father God, we ask that You would draw each one of them to Yourself. Break down any walls of pride, rebellion, or unbelief that may be hindering them from surrendering their lives to You. Open their eyes to see the beauty of Your holiness and the depth of Your love demonstrated through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that they would repent of their sins and turn to You wholeheartedly, for You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as they place their trust in You (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up the healing of your family, both physically and emotionally. The Bible tells us that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over each one of you. Lord, we ask that You would touch every area of sickness, pain, or brokenness in their bodies. Restore them to full health according to Your will, and strengthen them in their weakness. For those carrying emotional wounds, grief, or anxiety, we pray that You would bind up their broken hearts and comfort them with Your presence (Psalm 147:3). Heal their minds and fill them with Your peace, for You are the God who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3).
Protection is another vital aspect of our prayer for your family. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, that they may be kept safe from all harm and danger. Protect them from the schemes of the devil, from accidents, from illness, and from any form of evil. Guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and let no fear or anxiety take root in their lives (2 Thessalonians 3:3).
We also want to address the importance of unity and godly living within your family. The Bible instructs us to bear with one another in love, making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:2-3). If there are any divisions, bitterness, or unforgiveness among you, we pray that You would soften hearts and bring reconciliation. Help each family member to walk in humility, patience, and kindness, reflecting the love of Christ in all their interactions. May your home be a place of peace, joy, and righteousness, where Your presence dwells richly (Colossians 3:12-15).
Father, we also lift up any specific needs or challenges that may not have been mentioned. You know the desires of their hearts, the struggles they face, and the dreams they hold. We ask that You would provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them wisdom and discernment in their decisions, and guide their steps according to Your perfect will (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they grow in faith, in love, and in the knowledge of You, becoming more like Christ each day.
We rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or confusion that may be trying to infiltrate your family. We declare that your home is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper. We stand against the enemy’s lies and declare that your family is victorious in Christ. May they walk in the authority and power that You have given them as children of God, resisting the devil so that he will flee from them (James 4:7).
In closing, we pray that your family would be a light in this dark world, shining brightly for Jesus. May they be a testimony of Your goodness, grace, and transforming power. Use them mightily for Your kingdom, and let their lives bring glory and honor to Your name. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the work You are doing in their lives. We trust in Your faithfulness and rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

How sweet it is to see a soul crying out for salvation and for a whole family! Your prayer has reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth. Salvation, what a word! It delivers from the guilt, the power, the very presence of sin.
This salvation is God’s salvation, planned from eternity, finished on Calvary, and offered freely to every sinner. “Ho, everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.” The way is simple: “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.” Look, I pray you, not at yourself, but at Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who is Himself our salvation. There is no other name given under heaven among men whereby we must be saved. Healing, too, flows from Him, are not the leaves of the tree of life for the healing of the nations?
The least touch of His garment brings virtue. Bring your sicknesses of soul and body, bring the brokenness of your household, and lay them at His feet. He restoreth the soul. And for protection, what safer place than under the shadow of the Almighty?
Commit yourself and your dear ones to His faithful keeping. Let your prayer be mixed with faith. And oh, seek after a household salvation! The jailer at Philippi believed in God, rejoicing, and all his house.
The same grace that saves you can save your children, your parents, your spouse. God uses a believing parent, a praying wife, a godly father, as a decoy to draw the rest into the gospel net. Continue in prayer, and live the gospel before them. May it be said of your family, “They are a rejoicing family because they are a renewed family.” I bid you take this salvation now, for now is the accepted time.
Rejoice in it as your own, and then, with holy boldness, expect blessing upon your entire household. God grant it, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.

You have asked rightly, praying for salvation, healing, and protection. But consider this: no one part is sufficient for our salvation. There is required first a careful hearing of God’s word, and a continual recollection of it; then fortitude to endure trials; then contempt of riches and deliverance from all worldly things. If you pray for salvation, you must also cultivate the soil of your soul to receive the seed.
For what if you are free from great wealth but remain soft and unmanly in the face of hardship? What if you are not unmanly but are remiss and careless about the hearing of the word? The seed that falls on shallow soil springs up quickly but withers under the sun of affliction because it has no root. You pray for healing, but know that whether we be afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation, working in you the patient enduring of suffering.
If you and your family are partakers of sufferings, so also you shall be of the comfort. Do not think that salvation comes without labor. The many are not so much attracted by sublime words about God as when some act of graciousness and lovingkindness is spoken of, but let me urge you not to put off your salvation to your latest breath. Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
The time is short, and it is the only season. Do not merely pray for protection and then live as if hearing alone is sufficient, while the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word. Such things belong to this world: vainglory, pleasure, envy, and all the rest. The word must be heard with fortitude, the soul must be freed from worldly entanglements, and trials must be endured as working for your salvation.
The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared, but they work a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory when they are borne with patience. Let your prayer be joined to a resolute life, careful hearing, and patient endurance. Then you will not merely ask for salvation but lay hold of it, for the God of mercies Himself delivers us, often through the very prayers you now offer and through the trials you seek to be spared.

What a blessing that you are turning to the Lord with these requests. There is no greater place to bring the needs of your family than to the feet of Jesus, whose very name means “the Lord is salvation.” The angel told Joseph, “You shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.” That is the heart of everything we seek from God. The greatest miracle any human being can experience is not a physical healing or a temporal protection, but the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life. That is the treasure of the gospel.
When you pray for salvation for yourself and your family, you are asking for the one thing that God has provided with absolute certainty through the cross. Scripture makes it clear that “if you confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” That confession, a genuine surrender to his lordship, is what brings a person from death to life. And the beautiful thing is that this offer is held out to everyone: “Whosoever will may come.” There is no sin too deep, no heart too hard, that the grace of God cannot reach. That is why the Scriptures call it “so great a salvation.”
Be urgent about this. Now is the day of salvation. Later may be too late. Every soul that has ever perished apart from God went past that final, quiet call of the Spirit and let the moment slip away. Don’t let that happen to anyone in your household. Keep praying, keep speaking the truth in love, and keep living out the reality of Christ before them. And while you do, remember that salvation is not something you work for; it is something you work out with reverence and awe, because God himself is at work within you. We are his workmanship, his poem, as the Greek word suggests, created anew in Christ Jesus. The grace that saves also transforms.
As for healing, I share your longing to see God’s restoring power touch the bodies and minds of those you love. Jesus spent much of his ministry healing the sick, casting out demons, and mending broken lives. Sometimes his healing was instantaneous, sometimes gradual, and sometimes he used the natural processes he himself designed. There is a mystery here that we cannot fully explain, why some are delivered immediately and others walk through long afflictions, as even the apostle Paul did with his thorn in the flesh. But one thing becomes clear in the Gospels: the healing of the soul always takes priority. Every outward healing served as a sign pointing to the greater inner reality of forgiveness and reconciliation with God. So keep asking for healing, but hold it all with an open hand, trusting that the same Christ who wept at the tomb of his friend and bore our sicknesses on the cross knows exactly what he is doing. His will is for our ultimate good, even when the path leads through valleys.
Protection is also part of his care. The Captain of our salvation walks with us through every storm. He has authority over every evil power and every circumstance. The very fact that you can lift your voice in prayer means you are already sheltered in his hands. As you entrust your family to him, ask for wisdom to navigate adversity with kindness and love, and for his presence to surround you in every step. You may find that the strongest bonds of protection come not by avoiding difficulty, but by having Jesus himself as your refuge in the midst of it.
Finally, don’t be discouraged if your own natural family does not yet share your faith. Jesus himself knew what it was to have family members who did not believe in him, they thought he had lost his senses. He once said, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and among his own family.” But he also opened up a new family, the household of God, where the ties run even deeper than blood. If some of your relatives remain distant from the truth, do not let that distract you from the priceless bond you have with those who are in Christ. Yet keep praying, keep hoping, because our Lord is able to draw even the most resistant heart.
Right now, this very day, is the time of God’s favor. Bring your cries before him boldly. He hears, he cares, and he has already met your deepest need through Jesus. The grace that brings salvation has appeared to all people, and it is yours to receive and to share. May the Lord complete the good work he has begun in you and in your entire family.

You may find that the strongest bonds of protection come not by avoiding difficulty, but by having Jesus himself as your refuge in the midst of it.
Finally, don’t be discouraged if your own natural family does not yet share your faith. Jesus himself knew what it was to have family members who did not believe in him, they thought he had lost his senses. He once said, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and among his own family.” But he also opened up a new family, the household of God, where the ties run even deeper than blood. If some of your relatives remain distant from the truth, do not let that distract you from the priceless bond you have with those who are in Christ. Yet keep praying, keep hoping, because our Lord is able to draw even the most resistant heart.
Right now, this very day, is the time of God’s favor. Bring your cries before him boldly. He hears, he cares, and he has already met your deepest need through Jesus. The grace that brings salvation has appeared to all people, and it is yours to receive and to share. May the Lord complete the good work he has begun in you and in your entire family.
