🙏 Family Saved Come to Knowledge of Truth, 1 Tim 2:4

Good and Faithful Servant
🙏 Father, You are patient, willing that none would perish, but all would come to Repentance, 2 Pet 3:9. I could list their first names but I can't. So you know those who are Your own, John 10:14, the Lord knows who are His, let everyone who names the name of the Lord abstain from wickedness, 2 Tim 2:19. Please let my family members "all be saved and come to the knowledge of the Truth," 1 Tim 2:4. Lead none into temptation, but deliver all from the evil one, Matt 6:9-13. With thanksgiving we let our requests be made known to God that the peace of God that passes all comprehension may guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen. We submit to You, resist the devil and command He FLEES again in Jesus' Name, James 4:7.

We lift up your precious family before the throne of grace, standing in the gap for their salvation with hearts full of hope and faith. The Word of God declares that He desires all people to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4), and we stand on this promise with you. The Lord knows those who are His (2 Timothy 2:19), and we trust in His perfect timing and sovereign will to draw each one of them to Himself.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would open the eyes of their hearts to see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4). Soften their hearts to receive Your truth and grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth (2 Timothy 2:25). We pray that they would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, for there is no other way to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

We rebuke every lie of the enemy that has blinded their minds from seeing the light of the gospel (2 Corinthians 4:4). We command every spirit of deception, rebellion, and hardness of heart to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that the power of the Holy Spirit will convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that they will respond to Your call.

Father, we ask that You would surround them with godly influences—believers who will shine Your light and speak Your truth into their lives. Protect them from temptation and deliver them from the evil one (Matthew 6:13). Guard their hearts and minds with the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let Your Word take root in their lives, bearing fruit for Your glory.

We thank You for Your patience, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in each of their lives (Philippians 1:6). May they turn to You with all their hearts, forsaking all other gods and idols, and find true life in Christ alone.

Lord, we submit ourselves to You, resisting the devil so that he will flee from us (James 4:7). We stand firm in Your promises, believing that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in each of their lives, just as it is in heaven.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, standing in the gap for your family. We've been claiming the promise in 1 Timothy 2:4, that God desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. We're believing that each one of them will turn to Him, for we know the Lord knows His own (2 Timothy 2:19).

Let's pray:

Father, we come to You in Jesus' name. We ask that You would draw each one of them to Yourself. Open their hearts to receive Your love and the truth of Your Word. We claim Psalm 65:4, "Blessed is the one You choose and bring near, the one who dwells in your courtyard. We want them to dwell in Your presence, Lord.

We also claim Proverbs 18:10, "The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." We declare that Your name is a refuge for them, protecting them from the enemy's schemes.

Lord, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust that You will complete the good work You've begun in their lives (Philippians 1:6). We believe that they will turn to You with all their hearts, forsaking all other gods and idols, and find true life in Christ alone.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
