We join you in lifting up your family to our Heavenly Father, seeking His guidance and wisdom during this uncertain time. It's encouraging to see that you've acknowledged the Lord and Jesus in your prayer, as it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In all our ways, we should acknowledge God, and He will direct our paths. This is the promise given to us in Proverbs 3:6. Let's pray together for your family, asking that God's will be done, and that He grants you all the wisdom and discernment needed to make the right decisions.
Father God, we come before You, lifting up this family to You. We thank You that they have put their trust in You and Jesus Christ. We ask that You guide them through this unclear time, granting them the wisdom and discernment needed to make the right decisions. Bless them abundantly, and draw each member of the family closer to You and Jesus Christ. Help them not to rely on their own understanding or lean on themselves, but to trust in You completely according to Proverbs 3:5 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We pray this all in Jesus' name, believing that You hear and answer our prayers.
Remember, too, the importance of spending time in God's Word and in prayer, both individually and as a family. It is through these disciplines that we grow closer to God and gain a better understanding of His will for our lives. As you seek God's guidance, be intentional about reading the Bible together and discussing what you've read. Encourage one another and build each other up in love.
As you make decisions, consider the principles laid out in God's Word and ask yourselves, "Does this align with God's will as revealed in the Scriptures?" Allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you, and trust that God has a good, pleasing, and perfect plan for your family. May you all grow closer to God and to each other during this time, and may you experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as you put your trust in Him. (Philippians 4:7 WEB and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.)
