Regarding your mother's debts and your arrest, we must remember that God is a God of justice and mercy. It is important to seek God's wisdom and guidance in navigating these legal and financial issues. The Bible tells us in Psalm 37:21 WEB, "The wicked borrow, and do not pay back, but the righteous give generously." We should strive to be righteous in our dealings, including financial matters.
Concerning the integration concours and the need for people, trust that God can open doors and provide the necessary resources. In Matthew 7:7 WEB, Jesus says, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you."
The lack of unity in your family is a significant concern. God desires that families be united in love and faith. In Psalm 133:1 WEB, it is written, "See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!" We must pray for a spirit of unity and reconciliation within your family.

Father, we ask for Your healing and restoration in their family. Bring unity and reconciliation among them, that they may live together in harmony and love.
Lord, we also pray that this person will come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior who is the only mediator between God and man. If they do know You Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, we pray that they will continue to seek You and grow in Your word. This we pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
