My Son Anwar

Anwar has always been a good child, respectable, supportive. We have always been very close. Recently we found out that my son is Gay. I told him that I did not approve of his decision and I would not accept him being Gay. What I would accept is that he is my son and I love him and I understand he is a grown man and there is nothing I can do to change his way. Since my son decided to be gay we have been reaching out to him with our arms open wide because we want him to be apart of our life. I feel he has closed the door to me and his brother and sister. I wrote him a letter telling him the same thing I am writing for prayer about. Pray that he opens up his heart and let us back in. We love him and we are not rejecting him. I have tried to avoid the conversation but every time we try reaching out to him his partner has negative input which seems more important to him. Pray for him!

Lord, I pray for this young man. I won't begin to understand how one can come to believe he is gay. I can't judge Lord, cause I just don't understand it. I do, know that he is your creation Lord. You made him in your image. Jesus, we have problems daily, and if we can't turn them over to you.....destruction. I refuse to believe this young man doesn't love his mother. From what I can tell, she is open to the fact he's different, but she loves him and wants to spend time with him. That's a blessing Lord, that she is open minded. She may not agree with his choices but she loves him, for how could she not, she gave birth to him, a little baby in her arms, he was. Lord, she's hurting, a I think quite a bit. Please heal her and I lift her up to you Jesus, please make her whole again and bring joy into her life like she has never known. Thank you Lord, Amen.

Father I bring this family to YOU. I ask that YOU heal this man from the sin he is in. I ask that YOU remove the bondage satan has him in. I ask that YOU help this faithful mother to love him back to YOU. Father make him so uncomfortable that he turns to YOU Father.
