We commend your passion for seeing a vibrant, accessible church established in ###, ###. It's clear that your heart is for the people of your town to have a thriving spiritual community. Let us pray and consider this together.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that church planting is a spiritual endeavor, and we need the Holy Spirit to move in our midst. We are also reminded in James 4:8, Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
When we look at the early church, we see that the apostles and believers had to deal with transportation issues on a much larger scale. The apostles had to travel long distances to preach the gospel. The gospel spread through those who were willing to go. Jesus said, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, Mark 16:15. We are to do this in the name of Jesus Christ, by his authority. The gospel spreads through those willing to go. We need to pray for God to send a willing worker to ###, ###.
Who is the one to go? Jesus said, The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest, Matthew 9:37-38.
We must also address the fact that you have not mentioned Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It is in the name of Jesus that we pray. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me, John 14:6. If you are not aware of this, it is important to understand that God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. He did this so we could have a relationship with him. This is the gospel message. We pray you have believed this message putting your faith in Jesus Christ to save you from your sins and give you eternal life.
As for the need for transportation and better communication, it's clear that the churches in your area may not be fully living out the mandate to love their neighbors as themselves. We read in Luke 10:27, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. As believers, we must do this to love others as ourselves. We must be willing to go the extra mile to be the hands and feet of Jesus. This may mean providing transportation and making sure the church is accessible to all.
We must also address your mention of a Pentecostal church or a community church. In the New Testament, the apostles taught the same doctrine in all the churches. Now I beg you, brothers, through the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment, 1 Corinthians 1:10. God is not the author of confusion. Be sure to pray for a church that will preach the Word of God, the whole counsel of God, and not a particular denomination.
We pray that God will raise up a laborer who will come to ###, ###, to plant a church that is accessible to all. A church that will preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, teach the whole counsel of God, and will love their neighbors as themselves. We pray that this church will be a beacon of light and hope in your community. A church that will draw near to God and that God will draw near to them. We pray for a church that will make disciples of Jesus Christ. A church that will teach men to obey the commands of Jesus Christ.
We encourage you to pray and seek God's will in this matter. Trust that God is able to do abundantly more than we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, Ephesians 3:20. Keep your eyes on Jesus and trust in his timing and provision.
We pray also that you will come to know Jesus in a deeper way. That you will believe in Jesus Christ, that you will be saved. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
