We have 7 families with very ill children. below are the details.

7 Prayer Requests
1. Healing
2. Wisdom in decision making, which often includes risks either way
3. God's provision spiritually, physically, emotionally and financially
4. Siblings ~ understanding, patience and peace
5. Marriages ~ Ask God to strengthen marraiges, which due to the circumstances, are under significant stress
6. Faith ~ "I believe, help me with my unbelief." Mark 9:24
7. These circumstances will be used for God's glory and as a witness to His grace across the street and around the world.
** Please note, this list of children is not exhaustive. There are several other children in our church family facing health issues including Autism, Down syndrome, Von Willebrand Disease and more. Please include them in your prayers as well.
Adam Hunter ~ 9 years old. Adam has been diagnosed with Adrenoleukodystrophy, for which there is no cure. His disease is too advanced for treatment options. ALD is currently affecting Adam's ability to walk without assistance. Please pray for God's intervention and miraculous healing of Adam.

Christian Smith ~ 11 months old. In April, Christian was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis, which has left him without the use of his legs and partial use of his hands. His bowel and bladder systems were impacted as well. He aslo has a weakened respiratory system which makes him susceptible to pneumonia and others infections. He is undergoing physical and occupational therapy to strengthen and potentially regain use of his muscles.

Sammy & Noah Shaver
Noah ~ 2 yrs 8 months, is undergoing testing to discover a diagnosis for his multiple health and behavioral issues. For one year, he did not grow. He had finally begun to grow and has again begun to lose weight. He was recently fitted for leg braces and will wear the braces for several years. The muscles in his legs and ankles prevent him from walking correctly without braces. Noah also struggles with sleep issues and rarely sleeps longer than one hour at a time. Please pray for a diagnosis and proper treatment.
Sam ~ 3 yrs, 8 months, was born at 27 weeks and spent his first 7 months at Texas Children's Hospital. 11 surgeries later, he has multiple physical, mental, emotional, psychological and developmental issues. It is extremely important that Sam stay healthy and not get sick because when he does, it is potentially life threatening. Sam has chronic deep vein thrombosis in every main vein and needs a high risk surgery to clear his veins for access. Please pray for protection and successful surgery.

Brittany LeMond ~ 10 years old - Brittany suffered an intrauterine stroke at 37 weeks, which has left her paralyzed and unable to communicate. Her heart rate fluctuates and is usually an indicator of pain. Please pray they find answers to explain her high heart rate and for her not to be in pain. Also ask God to provide a means for Brittany to communicate and bond with her entire family.

Wesley Nuzum ~ 4 years old - Wesley was born at 32 weeks and his parents were told he would not live more than a few hours. He spent the next 4 weeks and 3 days in the NICU and came home at 6 lbs and had a nasal feeding tube and a heart monitor. His parents were prepared to expect him to not see his first birthday. He has Holoprosencephaly (brain disorder), struggles severely with pneumonia, aspiration, difficulty swallowing and breathing. He endures extreme muscle cramps and tightness and often bites himself. In spite of his challenges, he is always smiling! Please pray for his protection and for him to continue to prove the doctors wrong!

Sam and Olivia Gant
Sam ~ 3 years old, has been diagnosed with stage 1 non-hodgkins lymphoma and is currently doing chemo/radiation treatments.
Olivia ~ 1 year old, has a sensory processing disorcer and is being tested for cranial censtasis, which is where the bones have fused together and are pushing on the brain.
Please pray for their sister, Hannah (age 11) as she is having to learn to deal with these issues as a big sister. Ask God to intervene and provide for all their needs.

John Colburn 2 years old, is experiencing multiple health issues and is currently undergoing testing for Mitochondrial disease. He sees multiple specialist each month. Please pray for answers and healing.
