Falsely accused

In 1999 I sold a property to a doctor. I also gave her a setback on the property next door owned by me as she did not want me to sell this property and have someone build next to the road. In 2005 I sold my property and the new owners build a house compling with the setback. The doctor has never lived on the property and is now suing me saying she has lost her right of quiet enjoyment because the new nieghbors built a driveway to get to thier new house. To date this has cost me over $6,000 in attorney fees. I also paid a realtor to sell the property. I am deaf and on social security and this is causing a financial hardship.

I ask for your prayers that this is settled or dismissed. I pray for all of you who are suffering. I also pray that the Peace of Our Lord be with you all.

Yes lord we stand in the gap with this guest and ask for your divine favor to be upon her and that every snare of the enemy to be removed so that this situation may come to a close quickly. Also that all money lost can be recovered inJ esus name I pray Amen!

We ask that the finances be taken care of and reimbursement made to cover the unneccesary expenses incurred in fighting this battle. Tell her to put the claim on her title insurance company. This is a nuisance law suit. Do you leave in a state whre you can sue back for cost?
