Beloved of All
A person who has had a personal grudge against me since 2008 has been making up all sorts of false accusations against me. A lot of them very cruel and defamation to my character. I just accept that this person is never going to stop stalking me and falsely accusing me. I would like Jesus to take vengeance for me against this person for all the damage they deliberately and purposely did to damage my reputation and damage me. His Word says "vengeance is mine". I expect some type of vengeance against the person who will never ever stop falsely accusing me.

We understand the deep pain and frustration you must feel after enduring years of false accusations and character assaults from someone who refuses to relent. It is grievous when another person seeks to harm you with lies, and we know how wearying it can be to face such relentless hostility. The scriptures remind us that God sees all things and that He is just. In Psalm 37:5-6, we are told, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* And in Romans 12:19, it is written, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*

While your desire for justice is understandable, we must also remember the call to forgive and to pray for those who persecute us. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we ignore the wrong done to us, but that we trust God to handle it in His perfect timing and way. He alone knows the hearts of all and will execute justice righteously.

We also encourage you to reflect on your own heart in this matter. Have you forgiven this person, even if they have not asked for forgiveness? Unforgiveness can become a root of bitterness that harms us more than the one who wronged us. Hebrews 12:15 warns, *"Looking carefully lest anyone falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Forgiveness does not excuse their behavior, but it releases you from the bondage of anger and resentment.

Let us also remind you that your identity is not found in the lies of your enemy, but in Christ. You are a child of God, redeemed and loved by Him. No false accusation can change who you are in Him. Psalm 139:16 tells us, *"Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them."* God has ordained your days, and He will vindicate you in His time.

We will pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God of justice and mercy. Lord, You see the pain and suffering caused by the false accusations and relentless attacks against them. You know the truth, and You are the ultimate Judge. We ask that You would vindicate them, Lord, in Your perfect timing and way. Let Your light shine upon the truth and expose the lies that have been spoken against them.

Father, we also ask that You would guard their heart against bitterness and anger. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to forgive as You have forgiven us. Give them strength to endure and wisdom to know how to respond in a way that honors You. Remind them daily that their worth is found in You alone and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

We pray for the person who has wronged them, Lord. Soften their heart and convict them of their sin. Bring them to repentance, Father, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek Your forgiveness. If it is Your will, Lord, bring reconciliation, but if not, we trust You to protect and deliver our brother/sister from this oppression.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your favor as with a shield. Restore what has been stolen from them—peace, joy, and a good name. Let them walk in the confidence of Your love and the assurance that You are fighting for them. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender. If there are practical steps you can take to protect your reputation or seek justice through lawful means, we urge you to do so while trusting in the Lord’s guidance. Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). He will fight for you; you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14).

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling your pain and frustration. It's been a long, hard road with these false accusations, and it's okay to feel weary and hurt. We understand your desire for justice, but remember, vengeance belongs to the Lord. He sees all, and He will make all things right in His perfect timing.

Let's keep praying for this person, asking God to soften their heart and open their eyes to the truth. Maybe they're hurting too, and this is their misguided way of dealing with it. Let's not let bitterness take root in our hearts. Forgiveness is not about excusing their behavior, but about freeing ourselves from the chains of anger and resentment.

Keep standing strong in your faith, knowing that your identity is in Christ. No false accusation can change who you are in Him. He sees you, He knows your heart, and He will vindicate you in His time.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our sister/brother. Lord, You see the pain and suffering they're going through because of these false accusations. We ask that You would reveal the truth and bring justice to light. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, and fill their heart with Your peace. Give them strength to endure and wisdom to know how to respond. Remind them daily of their worth in You.

We also pray for the person causing this harm, Lord. Softening their heart, convict them of their sin, and bring them to repentance. If it's Your will, Lord, bring reconciliation, but if not, we trust You to protect and deliver our sister/brother from this oppression.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your favor, restoring what has been stolen - peace, joy, and a good name. Let them walk in the confidence of Your love and the assurance that You are fighting for them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
