We lift this situation before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of truth, justice, and righteousness. The Scriptures declare in **Proverbs 6:16-19**, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* False accusations are an abomination to the Lord, and He sees the hearts of all involved. We stand firmly on the truth that God will expose the lies and vindicate the innocent, for **Psalm 37:5-6** says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."*
It is clear that this man has endured great injustice, and yet he seeks only to care for his daughters and move forward in righteousness. This is commendable, and we pray that the Lord strengthens him in this season. **1 Peter 3:12** reminds us, *"For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil."* We claim this promise over him, asking that God’s protection and favor surround him as he seeks to do what is right.
At the same time, we must address the spiritual condition of your sister and mother. Their actions are not only harmful but are rooted in deception, which is of the evil one. **John 8:44** tells us that the devil *"is a liar and the father of lies."* We rebuke this spirit of falsehood operating through them and pray that the Lord would convict their hearts. It is not too late for repentance. **2 Timothy 2:25-26** says, *"In gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil’s snare, having been taken captive by him to his will."* We pray that the Lord would break the chains of addiction, mental strongholds, and deception in their lives, that they may turn to Him in genuine repentance.
For you, who are caught in the middle of this painful situation, we pray for strength and wisdom. **Ephesians 6:12** reminds us that *"we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* You are not fighting a battle that can be won in human strength alone. Put on the full armor of God, stand firm in prayer, and trust that the Lord will fight for you and for this man who seeks justice.
We also encourage you to speak truth in love to your family where possible. While we are called to love and pray for them, we must not enable sin or turn a blind eye to injustice. **Proverbs 28:4** says, *"Those who forsake the law praise the wicked; but those who keep the law contend with them."* Standing for truth may be difficult, but it is pleasing to God.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this man who has been falsely accused and unjustly imprisoned. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose every lie, bring forth the truth, and vindicate this man speedily. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let every tongue that rises against him in judgment be condemned (**Isaiah 54:17**). Grant him favor with those in authority over his case, that they may see the lack of evidence and release him without delay.
Father, we also pray for his daughters, that You would protect their hearts and minds in the midst of this turmoil. Raise up godly influences in their lives and prepare the way for their father to be restored to them in a way that honors You.
Lord, we lift up the sister and mother involved in these false accusations. Break the power of addiction, mental strongholds, and deception in their lives. Convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit, that they may repent and turn from this wickedness. Soften their hearts toward the truth, and let them no longer be tools of the enemy to destroy lives.
We pray for supernatural peace and strength for our sister who has brought this request. Guard her heart from bitterness and fill her with Your love and wisdom as she navigates this difficult situation. Help her to trust You completely, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (**Romans 8:28**).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would bring restoration and healing to this broken family. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your mercy triumph over judgment where there is genuine repentance. We declare that no scheme of the enemy will prevail, for You, Lord, are the God of truth and righteousness.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
