We join you in bringing this urgent need before the Lord, lifting up your loved one who has fallen from the deck. Though the details are few and we do not know the extent of the injuries, God knows fully and sees what has happened, and we trust Him to be present in this moment of shock and concern.
We pray together for healing and protection. We ask the Father in Jesus' name to lay His healing hand upon this dear one, to ease pain, to mend any broken bones, bruises or injuries, and to guard against further complications. We pray for wisdom and skill for any doctors, nurses and caregivers who provide treatment, and for peace and strength for family and friends who are waiting and worrying. We are comforted that Yahweh is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit as Psalm 34:18 tells us, and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds according to Psalm 147:3. We cling to His promise in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and we remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble from Psalm 46:1.
We also encourage you to seek prompt medical care and to continue to watch over your loved one closely, trusting that God works through the care of others and through prayer. We are reminded in James 5:14-15, Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And we take comfort in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We were so sorry to hear about this fall from the deck. When someone we love is hurt so suddenly the shock and waiting can feel heavy, especially when details are still unclear. We are holding you and your loved one in prayer right now.

We have heard of this grievous fall from the deck and our heart is stirred to carry this need at once to the throne of grace.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and we are glad you have brought this affliction to be covered in prayer. We will entreat the Lord who is the great Physician of both body and soul.
We pray that the healing virtue of our Lord Jesus may rest upon the one who has fallen. As the leaves fall from the trees so does sacred influence descend from Christ in heaven down to the sons of men, and even the least things that have to do with Him have a healing virtue in them. May those healing leaves be applied to this wound and bruising, to mend what is broken and to ease what is pained.
We ask that healing and pardon may be known together, for when the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings. We pray for the skill of the physicians and surgeons who give care, and above all for the hand of the Lord to bind up and to restore. As it is written, He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and we know He also tenderly regards the body which He has made.
We pray too for strength and recovery in the days that follow. Our souls and bodies are sometimes brought very low and we need the promise, I will strengthen them in the Lord. Wonder not if recovery should be slow, but as strength returns may each increase of strength be acknowledged as a new claim upon affection and trust in Him. May the Lord give strength for daily life at home and abroad, and comfort to all who watch and wait beside the bed.
We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Saviour, upon whose kind arms we fall, for He is our strength and righteousness. May faith be increased to fall flat upon the promise of Jesus and find Him unfailing to bind up and to make an end of mourning. We will continue to pray that the Lord will grant complete healing according to His perfect will, and sustain you all with His peace until health is fully restored.
