We join with you in prayer for the healing and complete restoration of your eyesight following your retina surgery and we thank God that you have come before Him in the name of Jesus.
We are encouraged by your faith and we stand with you believing that God is our healer and that He cares deeply for every part of our bodies. Scripture reminds us that He is the one who restores us, for it is written Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also cling to His promise when He says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and for I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26.
We take comfort knowing that Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind Psalm 146:8 and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Even in this time of recovery and waiting, we remember His word to us Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for guiding the hands of the surgeons and for bringing them through the procedure. We ask now for Your healing touch upon the retina and upon the whole eye. Lord, restore vision, bring clarity, reduce any inflammation, swelling, or pressure, and let the healing be complete and lasting. Grant patience and peace during the recovery, guard against fear and discouragement, and let Your presence bring comfort each day. We ask that You grant wisdom to the doctors and caregivers for follow up care, and give grace to rest and follow their guidance. We trust in Your power and Your love, believing that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Let Your will be done and let this healing be a testimony of Your goodness and mercy. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our healer and our hope, amen.
We encourage you to continue to rest as instructed, to be diligent with your follow up care, and to keep your hope fixed on the Lord. He is faithful and He hears the prayers offered in Jesus name. May the Lord strengthen your faith as you wait upon Him and may you experience His peace and restored health day by day.

Thank you for letting us pray with you after your retina surgery. Waiting for your eyesight to heal can feel long and uncertain, and we hear how much you want restored health and clarity.
We know vision touches nearly every part of daily life, so it is understandable this weighs heavily on you. Please know you are not alone in this waiting. We are joining you in prayer and asking the Lord to be near to you in these days of recovery. Healing often takes time, and it is understandable to feel both hopeful and weary while you wait.
If you have not already, we encourage you to stay closely connected to your surgeon and eye care team for your follow up care, and to let a trusted family member or friend walk with you practically as you heal, alongside our prayers. Having someone to help with appointments or daily tasks can ease the burden while your eyes recover.
Father, we lift up our friend to You after retina surgery. We ask for Your healing touch on their eyes, for restored sight according to Your will, for peace in the waiting, and for wisdom for the doctors caring for them. Comfort them with Your presence each day, steady their heart when worry rises, and remind them they are held by You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Beloved of All
Your request for the healing and restored health of your eyesight following retina surgery has been heard, and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace in the name of Jesus.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and how graciously we are reminded that we have a heavenly Physician whose power to heal is abundantly present. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found in happy conjunction through His pardoning hand.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, who formed the eye and who alone can restore it, look in mercy upon this dear one who has passed through the trial of retina surgery. Thou art the great conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. Lay Thy hand upon these eyes, and grant that the work of the surgeon may be prospered and that sight may be graciously restored and health confirmed. As Thou didst take by the hand and lift up those who lay sick, so draw near in contact and power, and let healing virtue go forth. Give patience in waiting, and faith to trust Thee whether recovery be swift or slow, acknowledging in each increase of strength that Thou hast a new claim upon our affection. Perfect that which concerneth Thy servant, and let this affliction turn to Thy praise, that with restored sight this life may yet behold Thy goodness and serve Thee with renewed strength.
We commit you to Him who is able to heal and who is willing to save, trusting that His salvation will at last perfectly heal both soul and body. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you to know the healing leaves of Christ applied to your need. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
