We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious request for healing and restoration of eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our inmost parts and knit us together in our mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13). You see every detail of this situation, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore.
Lord, we declare Your Word over this situation: *"By His stripes, we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on the promise that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You touch these eyes with Your healing hand, restoring clarity, strength, and full function. May the surgery be blessed with success, and may any lingering effects of illness or weakness be completely removed in Jesus’ name.
We also pray for peace and patience during this time of recovery. Help this dear one to rest in Your presence, trusting that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Guard their heart from fear or anxiety, reminding them that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
If there are any areas where faith needs to be strengthened or where doubt has crept in, we ask that You reveal Yourself as Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals (Exodus 15:26). Let this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their dependence on Your grace and mercy.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or hindrance that would seek to delay or diminish this healing. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command every cell, tissue, and nerve in these eyes to align with God’s perfect design. We declare restoration, wholeness, and divine health over this situation.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that Your plans are always for our good and Your glory. May this healing be a testimony to Your power and love, drawing others to You. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
