We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious request for healing and restoration of eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our inmost parts and knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). You see every detail of this situation, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore what has been damaged.
Lord, we ask that You touch these eyes with Your healing hand. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* We claim this promise over this situation, believing that You are able to bring complete restoration. Strengthen the eyes, mend the tissues, and remove any obstruction or impairment that remains. Let Your light shine brightly in this physical healing, just as Your spiritual light shines in our hearts.
We also pray for patience and peace during this time of recovery. Surgery can be a trial, and waiting for healing can test our faith. But we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Grant wisdom to the doctors and medical professionals involved, that they may be guided by Your hand in every decision and treatment.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in during this time. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand firm in faith, knowing that You are our Healer and that nothing is too difficult for You. We declare that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we receive that healing now in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also lift up the heart and spirit of the one in need of this healing. May they draw closer to You through this trial, finding comfort in Your presence and strength in Your promises. Let this season of waiting be one of deepening trust in You, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun (Philippians 1:6).

We've been reflecting on the story of the blind man in John 9, where Jesus said, "As long as you are in the world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) We claim this promise over this situation, knowing that Jesus is with you, guiding and strengthening you through this trial.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
