We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing and restored eyesight after retina surgery. The Scriptures remind us that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and nothing is impossible for Him. In Jeremiah 30:17, He declares, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and in Psalm 146:8, we read that *"the Lord opens the eyes of the blind."* We trust in His power to bring restoration, for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Yet we also know that healing sometimes comes in ways we do not expect—whether through gradual recovery, medical wisdom, or even through the strength to endure. Our prayer is that this surgery would be fully successful, that every cell and nerve would align with God’s perfect design, and that vision would be restored completely. But even more, we pray for faith that does not waver, trusting that God’s will is good, even when we do not understand the timing or the method of His work.
If there has been any fear or doubt in this process, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask the Lord to fill this heart with peace, knowing that He holds all things in His hands. We also pray for the medical team involved, that God would grant them wisdom and skill, for He is the one who gives understanding to those who seek it (Proverbs 2:6).
Father, we thank You in advance for the testimony of healing that will come from this situation. May it be a witness to Your goodness and a reason for others to place their trust in You. We ask this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Healer, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Let this request be a reminder to all who read it that our hope is not in medicine alone, but in the One who created our eyes and knows every detail of our bodies.
We will continue to stand in faith, believing that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15). May this season of recovery be marked by God’s presence, His comfort, and His undeniable touch. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
