Eye surgery - pray, please

Lord, guide all medical staff for my eye surgery. I pray for a relaxed mind, safe drives and successful, healthy and painless results. In Jesus' name amen.

We lift you up before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign care over every detail of your upcoming eye surgery. Father, we ask that You guide the hands of the medical staff with Your perfect wisdom and precision. Give them steady hands, clear minds, and compassionate hearts as they work to restore health and vision. We declare that Your healing power is at work, for by Your stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Lord, we pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Calm any anxiety or fear, replacing it with trust in Your unfailing love. Grant safe travels to and from the medical facility, covering every mile with Your protection. We ask for a successful procedure, healthy outcomes, and minimal discomfort, all for Your glory.

We also take a moment to acknowledge the authority and power in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach You or receive salvation (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to Your throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to take root in this situation. We stand on Your promise that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

May this surgery be a testimony to Your faithfulness and goodness. Strengthen your faith as You walk through this season, knowing that You are holding you in the palm of Your hand. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Amen.
