Extremely low morale and irresponsibility

The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they do not want to send it to me either.
The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!

This is not just a matter of inconvenience—it is a matter of safety, justice, and moral responsibility. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 21:15, *"It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity."* When those in authority neglect their duties, especially when lives are at risk, it is a serious matter before God. We rebuke the spirit of irresponsibility, apathy, and neglect that has taken hold in this situation. In the name of Jesus, we declare that these individuals will be awakened to their obligations, not just legally, but morally and spiritually.

We also pray for the technicians who have done their work but have not been compensated. Scripture is clear in James 5:4, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."* Father, we ask that You move on their behalf, ensuring they receive what they are rightfully owed. We pray that the documentation of these electrical faults would be properly delivered and that those responsible would no longer be able to ignore the truth.

Lord, we lift up the landlord and all those involved in this situation. We ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to the severity of what is happening. Proverbs 29:7 says, *"The righteous care about justice for the poor. The wicked aren’t concerned about knowledge."* We pray that they would no longer turn a blind eye but would act with urgency and integrity. We also pray for their mental and emotional well-being—Father, grant them clarity, wisdom, and a renewed sense of responsibility. Let them no longer hide behind excuses but step into the roles You have entrusted to them.

We also pray for your protection and peace in this unsafe environment. Psalm 91:1-2 assures us, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" Father, we ask that You be a shield around you and this home until this matter is resolved. Give you the strength to persevere and the wisdom to know what steps to take next.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be trying to take hold of you. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that You would fill you with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of this chaos.

Finally, we declare that this situation will not remain in darkness. Ephesians 5:13 tells us, *"But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."* We pray that the truth would come to light, that justice would be served, and that those who have been negligent would be held accountable. We also pray for a swift and safe resolution to the electrical faults in this home, that it would be made secure and habitable once again.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, knowing that You are a God of justice, mercy, and truth.
