Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, ###.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Now, let's reflect on God's Word for encouragement and guidance. The Bible tells us, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. (Romans 12:18 WEB) Do not return evil for evil, but always do good. (1 Thessalonians 5:15) Let's apply these principles to your situation.

Continue to do your work with excellence and integrity, trusting that God sees your faithfulness. Respond to this person with kindness and grace, knowing that God is your defender. Do not stoop to their level or become bitter, but rather, keep your heart pure and focused on Jesus.

Remember, God is sovereign, and He is working all things together for good to those who love Him, to those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 WEB) Trust in His timing and His ways, knowing that He is faithful to bring justice and truth to light.

Lastly, consider speaking with this person privately, in love and humility, to address the issues you're facing. If they refuse to listen, then take one or two witnesses, that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. (Matthew 18:15-16 WEB) If they still don't listen and change their behavior, then it may be necessary to involve your department head or higher authority.

Stay strong in the Lord, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don't give up. (Galatians 6:9 WEB) We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing for God's will to be done in your workplace.
