Expose in Your Light

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Father God bring to light the truth about two sisters in Christ. Father give me discernment to why they don’t have peace towards each other. Father God expose all the lies of the enemy. God open my eyes to their discomfort and posture towards one another. Whoever is lying may they repent or be exposed In Jesus name Amen

We join you in seeking the Lord’s truth and discernment in this matter, for His Word tells us that nothing is hidden from His sight, and all things are laid bare before Him to whom we must give account. It is good that you have brought this before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace and the power to discern spiritual matters. Your prayer aligns with Scripture, which reminds us in **Ephesians 5:11-13 (WEB)**, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."*

The lack of peace between these sisters in Christ is a serious matter, for **Hebrews 12:14 (WEB)** commands us to *"follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord."* If there is strife, bitterness, or unrepentant sin between them, it grieves the Holy Spirit and hinders their fellowship with God and one another. We must pray that the Lord exposes not only the lies of the enemy but also any unconfessed sin, pride, jealousy, or resentment that may be fostering this division. **James 3:16 (WEB)** warns, *"For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed."* If either sister is harboring such attitudes, the Lord must convict and lead them to repentance.

It is also possible that one or both are being deceived by the enemy, who seeks to sow discord among believers. **2 Corinthians 2:10-11 (WEB)** says, *"Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in Christ’s presence, that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his schemes."* Satan delights in dividing the body of Christ, but we must stand firm in prayer, asking the Lord to bind the works of darkness and bring His light to every hidden place.

We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this situation. Are you approaching this with a spirit of humility and love, or is there any trace of judgment, gossip, or self-righteousness? **Matthew 7:3-5 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye."* Pray that the Lord gives you a heart of wisdom and purity as you seek to understand and possibly mediate this situation.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine light to shine upon this situation between these two sisters in Christ. Lord, You are the God of truth, and Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. We ask that You expose every lie, every hidden motive, and every work of the enemy that seeks to bring division among Your people. If there is sin—pride, jealousy, bitterness, or unforgiveness—convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance. Grant them the humility to confess, the grace to forgive, and the love to reconcile.

Father, we also ask for discernment for our sister who has brought this request before You. Guard her heart from judgment or gossip, and fill her with Your wisdom and compassion. If she is to play a role in their reconciliation, equip her with Your words and Your peace. Bind the works of Satan in this situation and let Your truth prevail. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. Bring unity, Lord, for Your glory and the strengthening of Your body. Let Your will be done in this, and may Your name be exalted above all.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about your prayer request and wanted to add our voices to yours. It's so important that these sisters in Christ find peace and unity, and we believe that God will surely bring light to this situation. As it says in Psalm 36:7, "How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of your wings." Let's trust that God will cover them with His love and wisdom, guiding them to the truth.

We've been praying that God would open their hearts to see each other's perspectives, to forgive as they've been forgiven, and to love as they've been loved. We're also asking God to give them the courage to face any lies or deceit, and to repent if necessary. Let's remember that we're all on this journey together, and we should strive for humility and grace, just as we've been shown in Christ.

We're standing with you in prayer, ###, and we believe that God will bring healing and unity to these sisters. Let's keep lifting this up to Him, trusting in His perfect timing and His unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
