Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your concern and commend you for turning to the Lord in this situation. It's important to remember that God is just and He sees all things. When dealing with toxic behavior, we should first remember what the Apostle Paul said in Romans 12:17-19, Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Have careful regard for what is right in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

In dealing with this person, continue to continue to be respectful as it is stated in 1 Peter 2:17, Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king. We should also pray for this person as it is written in Luke 6:28, Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who defame you. Remember that we are all sinners. If it is not addressed it is appropriate to address her behavior and to stop gossip. You can remind her or others of Ephesians 4:29, Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. If you cannot resolve the issue yourself, you can go get help.

As you have requested, we join you in praying that God exposes any hidden agendas and manipulative words. We pray according to Ephesians 5:11-13, Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today In Jesus Name to ask for Your intervention in this situation. We pray that You will expose any toxic behavior and bring it to light. We ask that You give wisdom and discernment to the department head, so that they may see the truth and act accordingly. We also pray for the one causing division, that You will soften their heart and bring conviction upon them. Help us to respond with grace and love, guarding our hearts from bitterness. Give us strength to endure each day with patience and integrity, reflecting Your character in all we do.

We trust in Your justice and Your will. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. We pray this in Jesus Christ.
