Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB. First, we commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer, and we agree with you for God's will to be done in this matter.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing a difficult situation at work. You know the heart of the person causing strife, and You see the true intentions behind their actions. We ask, Lord, that You expose any hidden agendas, manipulative words, and twisted stories that are being used to deceive and influence the department head. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions of this person. Enlighten the department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against our colleague or their colleagues prosper. Cover them with Your protection and peace.

Father as we pray this, we ask if this situation aligns with Your will and timing. We also ask for your forgiveness for our prayers to be in accordance with Your will and not our own. For You, Father, resist the proud, but give grace to the humble. 1 Peter 5:5 WEB. Help our colleague to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard their heart from bitterness, and give them strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help them to remain faithful in their work and to reflect Your character in all they do.

We also ask Father, that you would convict this woman of her sin, to repent and turn to You. There is no other name by which we can be saved. We also ask that you give us a divine opportunity to speak with her about your son Jesus Christ.

Lord, we as a group also ask for your forgiveness if we have not acted in a godly manner in our workplace or anywhere else.

We trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

In the midst of this trial, remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, Matthew 5:44 WEB so that we may be children of our Father who is in heaven. Continue to seek God's face and trust in His sovereignty. Stand firm in your faith, and do everything in love. 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 WEB.

Lastly, we encourage you, to consult your pastor or elder at your local church so that they can offer you godly counsel and support as you navigate this challenge. It is the role of the local church to teach and protect the flock.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
