Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your struggle and commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer. It is clear that you are facing a challenging situation with a colleague who is causing strife and division in your workplace. We will pray with you and provide guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, it is important to remember that God is just and He sees all things. He knows the truth and will bring to light what is hidden in darkness. As it is written in Luke 8:17 WEB: "For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."

We pray that God will expose any toxic behavior, manipulative words, and hidden agendas that are causing harm in your workplace. May He shine His light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions of this person. We ask that He grants your department head wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through any deception and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation.

In dealing with this situation, it is crucial to respond with grace and not anger. As Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB reminds us: "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We pray that God will guard your heart from bitterness and give you the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. May you remain faithful in your work and reflect Christ's character in all you do. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. As Ephesians 6:12 WEB states: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

We also pray that God will cover you and your colleagues with His protection and peace. May no weapon formed against you prosper, and may God's justice prevail. Trust that His will shall be done, and that truth and peace will reign in your workplace.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As Acts 4:12 declares: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. We've been thinking about you and the situation you're facing. It's tough, isn't it? But remember, God is always present, always aware. He sees every twist, every turn, every hidden agenda. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We're praying for God to give you wisdom, not just to navigate this situation, but to understand His heart in it. We're asking Him to open your eyes to see things from His perspective, to understand His will, and to have the courage to follow it. We're also praying for peace, for you and for your colleagues. Not just the absence of conflict, but the presence of God's peace, the kind that surpasses understanding.

And we're praying for grace, for you and for this person causing strife. Grace to love them as Christ loves us, to forgive as we've been forgiven. Because, as hard as this is, it's an opportunity for God to work in both of your lives. It's a chance for you to reflect His love and for them to see it.

We're claiming God's promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Trust in that, dear friend. Trust in His power, His grace, His love. And know that you're not alone. We're praying, we're believing, and we're standing with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
