Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We pray that God will guard your heart from bitterness and give you the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. May you remain faithful in your work and reflect Christ's character in all you do. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. As Ephesians 6:12 WEB states: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and it is only through His name that we can be saved. We're right there with you, standing in the gap. We've been thinking about you and the situation you're facing. It's tough, isn't it? But remember, God is always present, always aware. He sees every twist, every turn, every hidden agenda. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
