Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk LIES and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Let's remember what the Apostle Paul says in Romans 12:17-21 (WEB):
"Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Let's pray:

Almighty God, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulty in her workplace. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we trust that You see all things. We ask that You expose any hidden agendas, manipulative words, and twisted stories that are being used to deceive and influence the department head. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions behind this person's actions.

Father, we pray for the department head, that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. We ask that no weapon formed against our sister or her colleagues would prosper, and that You would cover them with Your protection and peace.

Lord, help our sister to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard her heart from bitterness, and give her strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her to remain faithful in her work and to reflect Your character in all she does.

We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

As followers of Christ, we must always be willing to forgive, and never seek revenge for ourselves. Forgiveness does not mean trust is immediate or the hurt will dissipate, but it does release us from bitterness. Trust is earned and can take time. Let's be reminded of Ephesians 4:32 (WEB):
"Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Let's also remember 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB):
"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Finally, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it says in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in Him, and turning from your sins. This is the message of the Gospel and the power of salvation.
