Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heaviness of heart and we join you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in your workplace situation. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:16 WEB, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves."

Let us pray together:

"Almighty God, You are the God of truth and justice. We come before You, lifting up our colleague who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, You know the heart of the person causing strife, and You see the manipulation, deceit, and division she is sowing. We ask that You expose her toxicity and selfishness. Shine Your light into this darkness and reveal her true intentions. Open the eyes of the department head to see through the sweet talk and lies, and grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to recognize the spirit of division and manipulation.

Father, we ask that no weapon formed against our colleague or their colleagues prospers. Cover them with Your protection and peace. Help our colleague to respond with grace, not anger, and guard their heart from bitterness. Give them the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity, and to remain faithful in their work, reflecting Your character in all they do.

We trust in Your justice, Lord, and we know that Your will shall be done. Let truth rise, and let Your peace reign in their workplace. We pray for the person causing strife, that she may come to know You and be transformed by Your love.

Our Father, we ask the name of Jesus Christ, to whom every knee will bow and every tongue confess that he is Lord.

We take this opportunity to remind all that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and have access to God. As scripture says "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?" Romans 10:13-14 WEB

If anyone is unsure of their salvation, we encourage them to put their faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. "That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 WEB

We are also reminded to "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB.

Finally, we must ensure we are not harboring bitterness in our hearts, as it can defile us and others around us. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice." Ephesians 4:31 WEB.

We're asking for Your divine intervention in this office dynamic. Help us to see this person as You do - not as an enemy, but as someone who needs Your love and transformation. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
