Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your struggle and commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB.

Firstly, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, Matthew 5:44 WEB. This doesn't mean we should ignore or accept wrongdoing, but rather, we should seek God's will and wisdom in handling difficult situations. Remember that the Lord disciplines those he loves, Hebrews 12:6 WEB.

It's clear that the behavior of your colleague is causing strife and division, which the Bible warns against. Romans 16:17 WEB says, Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. Proverbs 6:16-19 WEB lists seven things that the Lord hates, including a false witness who pours out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.

We pray that God will expose any toxicity and selfishness, not out of spite, but for justice and reconciliation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister who is facing a difficult situation at work. We ask that You expose any hidden agendas, manipulative words, and twisted stories that are being used to deceive and influence her department head. Let Your light shine on all darkness and reveal true intentions.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom, discernment, and clarity for the department head, that they may see through the sweet talk and lies, and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. We declare that no weapon formed against us or our colleagues shall prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.

Help us, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard our hearts from bitterness, and give us strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help us to remain faithful in our work and to reflect Your character in all we do.

We trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

Finally, brethren, we ask that we do not allow bitterness to spring up causing trouble and defiling many, Hebrews 12:15 WEB. We must remember that vengeance belongs to God, not to us. Romans 12:19 WEB.

We will keep this situation and all involved in our prayers, trusting that God will work out all things for good and for His Glory. Romans 8:28 WEB.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for a breakthrough. We've been thinking about your situation and felt led to pray for discernment. Lord, we ask that You give us all eyes to see and ears to hear what's truly going on. Help us to recognize the spirit of manipulation and division, and to stand firm in Your truth. We claim Your promise in Proverbs 2:8, "He preserves the paths of justice, and guards the way of His saints." We trust that You're working behind the scenes, exposing what needs to be exposed, and bringing justice to light. Let's continue to walk in love, even as we stand against toxicity. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
