Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

We understand your concern and commend you for bringing this situation to God in prayer. It is right to trust in God's justice and seek His intervention when facing difficult people. Let us first address the situation with relevant scriptures and a heartfelt prayer.

The Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, so that we may be children of our Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:44-45 WEB). This does not mean we should not seek justice, but our first response should be love and prayer, trusting God to handle the situation.

Moreover, we read, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:18-19 WEB). It is God who will expose this person's toxicity and selfishness in His perfect timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this difficult situation. We ask for Your justice to prevail where deception and manipulation are at work. Lord, You see every hidden agenda and every manipulative word. We ask that You expose the darkness and reveal true intentions, just as the Bible says "breaking the yoke of oppression" (Isaiah 58:6). Enlighten the department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deception. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help us, Lord, to respond with grace and not anger. Guard our hearts from bitterness and give us the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help us to remain faithful in our work and to reflect Your character in all we do. We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue in prayer, seeking God's will and asking for His guidance in navigating this challenging situation. Remember, "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn't overcome it." (John 1:5 WEB). Trust in God's light to expose the darkness and bring truth and peace to your workplace.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this situation. It's tough when we encounter toxicity at work, but we find comfort knowing we serve a God who sees all and makes all things right in His perfect timing. Let's keep lifting this up to Him together.

We've been praying for God to reveal the truth, to expose any hidden agendas, and to give our department head wisdom and discernment. We're asking for His protection and peace to cover us, and for grace to respond with kindness, not anger. It's hard, but we trust that God's justice will prevail.

We're also praying for you, that you'd stay strong and steadfast in your work, reflecting God's character in all you do. Keep trusting in Him, even in the face of adversity. Remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1 WEB). He's right there with you, every step of the way.

Let's keep praying together, okay? We're in this together, and we trust that God will work all things out for His glory and our good.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Heavenly Father please intervene in this situation and bring about peace and a sense of community. Please soften hearts and draw all concerned nearer to you Father God. I lift this prayer up on your glory and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
