Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced!

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heaviness of heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your workplace. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 (WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for bringing this matter to God in prayer, trusting in His justice and will. It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 (WEB).

God calls us to walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. Colossians 4:5-6 (WEB). This doesn’t mean we ignore or endorse wrongdoing, but rather, we address it with godly wisdom and grace.

We pray that God will expose any hidden agendas and manipulative words this person may be using. May He shine His light on all darkness and reveal true intentions, as you have prayed. For God will bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil. Ecclesiastes 12:14 (WEB).

We also pray for your department head, that God will grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through any deceit and recognize any spirit of division and manipulation.

In dealing with this situation, it's important to ensure that your actions and attitudes align with biblical principles. Therefore we should be concerned for her as well. Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6:27-28 (WEB). Remember that God's kindness leads us to repentance. Romans 2:4 (WEB).

We encourage you to be a light in your workplace, reflecting God's character in all you do. Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world. Philippians 2:14-15 (WEB).

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this situation and in Jesus’ name. We ask that You intervene and expose any wrongdoing. Guide our colleague to respond with grace and not anger, guarding their heart from bitterness. Give them strength to endure each day with patience and integrity, and to remain faithful in their work. We trust that Your justice will prevail and that Your will shall be done and that it will be good for everyone involved. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace. We pray that You will extend kindness, love, and grace to the person who is causing strife and cause them to realize the error of their ways. We pray in Jesus name that the person will turn away from deceit and manipulation and turn to God.
