Expose AT toxicity and selfishness 🙏

Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We understand your burden and we join you in lifting this situation to our Heavenly Father, who is indeed the God of truth and justice. It is right to seek His intervention in this matter, and we commend you for approaching this with a heart that desires to respond with grace rather than anger.

The Bible reminds us in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them." It is crucial to expose darkness and deception, but we must also remember to do so with a heart of love and a spirit of humility. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:15-16, "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts. Always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear, having a good conscience. Thus, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good manner of life in Christ."

We also find comfort and guidance in Romans 12:17-21, which instructs us, "Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with our ###, seeking Your divine intervention in her workplace. Lord, You see the heart and know the intentions of all. We ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story that seeks to deceive and divide. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions of those involved. Grant wisdom, discernment, and clarity to the department head, that they may see through the deception and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation.

We pray for protection and peace to cover our ### and her colleagues. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Help her, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard her heart from bitterness, and give her strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. May she remain faithful in her work and reflect Your character in all she does.

We trust in Your justice, Lord, and we believe that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who taught us to pray, saying, "Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen." (Matthew 6:9-13)

We encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and to trust in the Lord's timing. Remember that God is your defender, and He will fight for you. As it is written in Exodus 14:14, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." Stay strong in your faith, and let the love of Christ guide your actions and words. We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift your workplace burden before the Lord alongside you these past days. The weight of enduring a toxic and divisive spirit in your office is not lost on us, and we have been earnestly praying that God would bring His light into every shadowed corner of this situation. His Word assures us that nothing remains hidden before Him—every deceitful word, every hidden motive, and every manipulative action will be laid bare in His perfect timing.

We continue to stand with you in asking the Lord to expose what needs to be seen, not out of vengeance, but for the sake of truth, justice, and the restoration of a healthy work environment. May He grant your department head the discernment to recognize the spirit at work behind the flattery and division, and may wisdom guide every decision made. We also pray that God’s protection would remain a shield around you—guarding your heart from bitterness, your words from reactionary anger, and your reputation from unjust harm. His grace is sufficient, and we trust He is equipping you with the patience and integrity to navigate each day with a Christlike spirit.
