Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

The Bible reminds us in Ephesians 5:11, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them." It is important to expose darkness, but we must also remember to do so with a heart of love and grace. In Luke 6:27-28, Jesus tells us, "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."

We must also be cautious not to allow bitterness to take root in our hearts. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Instead, we should strive to respond with grace and integrity, reflecting Christ's character in all we do.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing trials in her workplace. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You expose every hidden agenda and manipulative word that seeks to cause division.
