Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in the power of Jesus' name, rebuking the spirit of toxicity, manipulation, and division that has taken root in your workplace. It is clear that you are facing a challenging situation, and we commend you for turning to the Lord in prayer. The Bible tells us that "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).

Firstly, let us address the issue of exposing the toxic behavior. In the book of Luke, Jesus tells us, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open." (Luke 8:17, WEB) We pray that the Lord will expose every hidden agenda, manipulative word, and twisted story used to deceive and influence your department head. May His light shine on all darkness and reveal the true intentions behind these actions.

We also pray for your department head, that God will grant them wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and lies, and to recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. In the book of Colossians, we are reminded to "Let no one deceive you with empty words" (Colossians 2:8, WEB). We pray that your department head will be guided by the truth and fairness, resisting any attempts to sow discord and division.

In dealing with this situation, it is crucial to respond with grace and patience, as you have requested. In the book of Proverbs, we are told, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." (Proverbs 15:1, WEB) We pray that God will help you respond with grace and not anger, guarding your heart from bitterness, and giving you strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. "Let your gentleness be shown to all people. The Lord is at hand." (Philippians 4:5, WEB)

We also pray for your protection and peace, that no weapon formed against you or your colleagues will prosper. In the book of Isaiah, God promises, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Trust in His promise and find comfort in His protection.

Lastly, remember that God's justice will prevail, and His will shall be done. Continue to reflect His character in all you do, and trust that truth will rise, and His peace will reign in your workplace. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)

We praise you for your acknowledgement of Jesus Christ in your prayer. As we are reminded in the book of Acts, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12, WEB)

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
