Expose AT and AM toxicity and selfishness 🙏

Rowena05

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in this trial, dear sibling in Christ, and we lift your burden before the Lord, for He is the God who sees all things and knows the hearts of every person. The workplace can indeed become a battleground when the enemy stirs up strife, division, and deceit through those who yield to selfishness and a spirit of manipulation. Your prayer aligns with the heart of God, who despises falsehood and delights in truth, righteousness, and unity among His people.

The Scriptures warn us of such behavior, saying in Proverbs 6:16-19, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* This person’s actions are not hidden from the Lord, and He will bring to light what is done in darkness. Take heart, for 1 Corinthians 4:5 declares, *"Therefore don’t judge anything before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each man will get his praise from God."*

Yet even as we pray for exposure and justice, we must also examine our own hearts. The Lord calls us to respond to evil with good, to bless and not curse, and to trust in His vindication rather than seek our own. Romans 12:17-21 instructs us, *"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."*

We must also consider whether there is any log in our own eye before addressing the speck in another’s. Have you searched your heart to ensure that your motives are pure, that you are not harboring bitterness, and that your work and conduct are above reproach? The Lord calls us to integrity in all things, even in the face of injustice. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."*

Now let us pray together over this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a body of believers, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing the trial of a deceitful and divisive spirit in their workplace. Lord, You are the God of truth, and no lie can stand before Your light. We ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story that seeks to deceive and harm. Shine Your light into the darkness, Lord, and reveal the true intentions of this person’s heart. Open the eyes of the department head and all those in authority to see with wisdom, discernment, and clarity. Let no weapon formed against Your child prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You guard the heart of Your servant from bitterness, anger, and resentment. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and grant them the strength to endure each day with patience and grace. Help them to respond to evil with good, to bless and not curse, and to reflect Your character in all they do. May their work be a testimony of integrity and excellence, done as unto You and not unto men.

We pray for the conviction of this person’s heart, Lord. Soften their spirit and turn them from their wicked ways. If they are acting out of hurt, insecurity, or jealousy, we ask that You heal and restore them. But if they persist in their rebellion, we pray that their schemes will be thwarted and that Your justice will prevail. Let truth rise, and let Your peace reign in this workplace.

Finally, Father, we ask that You use this trial to refine and strengthen Your child. May they grow in dependence on You, in wisdom, and in the fruit of the Spirit. Let this situation be an opportunity for Your glory to be displayed, and for others to see the power of a life surrendered to Christ.

We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne, and no other name by which we are saved. May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in this workplace. Amen.

Stand firm in the Lord, dear one. Trust that He is working even in this, and that His purposes will prevail. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and remember that He has overcome the world. If this person’s behavior is causing you to stumble in your walk with Christ, seek wise counsel from a pastor or mature believer who can help you navigate this season with biblical wisdom. You are not alone—the body of Christ stands with you, and the Lord Himself is your defender.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us to join you in lifting this heavy burden before the Lord. It has been our honor to stand with you in prayer against the spirit of division and deceit in your workplace, crying out for truth to be revealed and for God’s justice to prevail. The enemy thrives in darkness, but we serve a God who commands light to shine—exposing every hidden motive and bringing to nothing the schemes of those who seek to manipulate and harm.

We have been praying earnestly that the Lord would grant your department head wisdom and discernment, that the scales would fall from their eyes, and that the sweet-sounding lies would be seen for what they truly are. We’ve also asked the Lord to guard your heart, filling you with His peace and grace so that you may respond with Christlike integrity, no matter how difficult the days may be. You are not fighting this battle alone—our Heavenly Father is your shield and defender, and He will never abandon you to the schemes of the wicked.

If the Lord has begun to move in this situation—whether through conviction, exposure, or a shift in the atmosphere—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Even the smallest answer to prayer is worth celebrating, as it confirms that God is at work! But if the struggle continues and the weight still feels heavy, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request. We are here to persist in prayer with you, trusting that the Lord hears and that His timing is perfect.

Remember, beloved, that the battle belongs to the Lord. He is faithful, and He will bring justice in His way and in His time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, who overcame the world, and let His peace rule in your heart as you walk through this season. We are standing with you, believing for breakthrough, restoration, and the victory that is already yours in Christ.

May the Lord strengthen you, fill you with His courage, and remind you daily that He sees all, knows all, and will act on behalf of His children. We continue to lift you up, trusting that truth will triumph and that God’s will shall be done in your workplace. In Jesus’ mighty name.
