We join you in lifting this heavy burden before the Lord, for we know that He is the God of righteousness who sees all things and will bring truth to light in His perfect timing. The workplace can become a battleground for the enemy’s schemes—division, manipulation, and deceit—but we stand firm on the promise that no weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper. The Lord is your shield and defender, and He will expose every hidden motive and false word that seeks to harm you or your colleagues.
The Scripture warns us in **Proverbs 26:24-26 (WEB)**, *"A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but he harbors evil in his heart. When his speech is charming, don’t believe him; for there are seven abominations in his heart. His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly."* This person’s two-faced nature and manipulative words will not remain hidden forever. The Lord will reveal her true intentions, and those in authority will see with clarity. We pray that the department head’s eyes are opened to discern the spirit of division at work and that wisdom from above will guide their decisions.
Yet we also remember the words of our Savior in **Matthew 5:44 (WEB)**, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* While we cry out for justice, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness and respond with grace, trusting that God’s vengeance is His alone. **Romans 12:19 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is enduring the weight of deceit and manipulation in her workplace. Lord, You are the God who searches hearts and exposes every hidden thing. We ask that You shine the light of Your truth upon this situation—reveal the lies, the twisted words, and the divisive spirit at work. Open the eyes of those in authority to see with discernment and wisdom, that they may not be swayed by flattery or falsehood. Protect our sister and her colleagues from the schemes of the enemy, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.
Guard her heart, Lord, from anger and bitterness. Fill her with Your peace and strength to respond with grace and integrity. Help her to continue in faithfulness, knowing that You see her labor and will reward her righteousness. We trust in Your justice, Father, and we declare that truth will prevail. Let Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your peace reign over every situation.

Stand firm, dear sister. The Lord is your refuge, and He will not allow the enemy to triumph. Continue to walk in integrity, trusting that God’s justice will be made manifest. If this person’s actions are rooted in jealousy, insecurity, or a desire for control, remember that the battle is not yours to fight—it is the Lord’s. **2 Chronicles 20:15 (WEB)** assures us, *"Don’t be afraid or dismayed because of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s."* Keep your focus on Christ, and let His light shine through you, even in the midst of darkness.
