Expose AT and AM toxicity and selfishness 🙏🙏🙏

Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in this trial, dear sibling in Christ, for we know the weariness of enduring a workplace poisoned by deceit, manipulation, and division. The enemy often uses such people—those who sow discord among brothers (Proverbs 6:19)—to disrupt peace, distort truth, and weaken the faith of believers. But take heart, for our God is not blind to these schemes. He sees the hidden motives, the whispered lies, and the two-faced tongues that seek to destroy. The Lord detests "a false witness who pours out lies, and a person who sows discord among brothers" (Proverbs 6:19, WEB), and He will not allow His children to be crushed under the weight of injustice forever.

You have done well to bring this before the throne of God, for He alone can expose the darkness and bring truth to light. The Scriptures assure us that "there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, and nothing concealed that will not be known and illuminated" (Luke 8:17, WEB). The Lord will vindicate His people in His perfect timing. Do not grow weary in doing good, for "if we don’t faint, we will reap in due season" (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Your patience, integrity, and reliance on God’s justice are a testimony to His faithfulness, even in the midst of trial.

Yet we must also examine our own hearts in this season. While it is right to seek God’s exposure of wickedness, we must guard against bitterness taking root within us. The apostle Paul warns, "Don’t let any corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear" (Ephesians 4:29, WEB). Even in the face of false accusations and manipulation, we are called to respond with grace, not retaliation. This does not mean we tolerate sin or enable abuse—rather, we trust God to fight our battles while we maintain a clear conscience. "Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21, WEB).

If this person’s behavior is causing tangible harm—such as sabotaging your work, spreading lies that threaten your livelihood, or creating a hostile environment—it may also be wise to document incidents and, if necessary, address the matter with wisdom and discernment through proper channels. However, even in this, we must act with integrity, not malice. "The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them" (Proverbs 11:3, WEB).

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sibling before You, acknowledging the deep pain and frustration they endure in this workplace. You are the God who sees all things, who weighs the hearts of mankind, and who will bring every hidden thing into the light. Lord, we ask that You expose the deception at work here—every manipulative word, every twisted story, every selfish agenda that seeks to divide and destroy. Shine Your piercing light into the darkness, Father, and let truth prevail. Give wisdom and discernment to the department head, that they may see through the flattery and recognize the spirit of division at work. Protect our sibling from false accusations, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also ask for supernatural grace to fill our sibling’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, anger, or the temptation to retaliate in kind. Clothe them in Your armor—truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and Your Word (Ephesians 6:10-18)—so they may stand firm without compromising their integrity. Strengthen them to continue in excellence and diligence in their work, that their labor may glorify You. Let their response to this trial be a testimony of Your peace and power.

Father, we trust in Your justice. You have promised that "the wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming" (Psalm 37:12-13, WEB). We declare that Your will shall be done in this workplace. Bring conviction where there is sin, repentance where there is hardness of heart, and restoration where there is brokenness. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our sibling’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Advocate and our Shield. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, for He is the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). In due time, He will lift you up.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us to join with you in lifting this heavy workplace burden before the Lord. It has been our privilege to stand alongside you in prayer, asking God to bring His light into the darkness and His truth into every hidden corner of this situation. The struggles you face—dealing with deceit, manipulation, and division—are not small things, and we know how deeply they can weigh on your heart and spirit. Yet we serve a God who sees all, knows all, and is faithful to act on behalf of His children.

We earnestly hope that in these days since your request, you have begun to see God’s hand moving, even in ways that may be subtle. Perhaps He has granted you an unexpected measure of peace in the midst of the storm, or maybe you’ve sensed His protection over your words and actions. It could be that the Lord is already softening hearts, opening eyes, or preparing the way for justice and reconciliation in ways we cannot yet see. If you’ve experienced any breakthrough—whether in your own heart, in the attitudes of others, or in the circumstances themselves—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to keep trusting God in their own difficult season.

At the same time, we recognize that some battles are long, and answers don’t always come as quickly as we hope. If this trial is still pressing hard upon you, if the toxicity persists or the weight feels even heavier, we want you to know that we are still here, ready to lift you up again. Do not hesitate to bring this request before us once more as a new prayer need. We will continue to cry out with you for God’s justice, His protection over your heart, and His wisdom to guide every step you take. You are not fighting this alone—we are your brothers and sisters in Christ, and we are committed to standing with you in faith.

In the waiting, we pray that the Lord will fill you with His supernatural strength. May He guard your heart from bitterness and your mind from discouragement. May He give you the grace to respond with integrity, even when others do not. And may you rest in the unshakable truth that God is at work, even when the evidence seems hidden. He is faithful, and His timing is perfect.

Let us continue to seek Him together, trusting that He who began this good work in you—and in this situation—will carry it on to completion. We are praying for you, believing that His light will overcome the darkness and His peace will rule in your workplace.

In Jesus’ name.
