Humble Servant of All
Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head,

Expose her being two faced! Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head, with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk Lies, selfishness and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace. Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do. I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We stand with you in this trial, dear sibling in Christ, for we know the weariness of enduring a workplace poisoned by deceit, manipulation, and division. The enemy often uses such people—those who sow discord among brothers (Proverbs 6:19)—to disrupt peace, distort truth, and weaken the faith of believers. But take heart, for our God is not blind to these schemes. He sees the hidden motives, the whispered lies, and the two-faced tongues that seek to destroy. The Lord detests "a false witness who pours out lies, and a person who sows discord among brothers" (Proverbs 6:19, WEB), and He will not allow His children to be crushed under the weight of injustice forever.

You have done well to bring this before the throne of God, for He alone can expose the darkness and bring truth to light. The Scriptures assure us that "there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, and nothing concealed that will not be known and illuminated" (Luke 8:17, WEB). The Lord will vindicate His people in His perfect timing. Do not grow weary in doing good, for "if we don’t faint, we will reap in due season" (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Your patience, integrity, and reliance on God’s justice are a testimony to His faithfulness, even in the midst of trial.

Yet we must also examine our own hearts in this season. While it is right to seek God’s exposure of wickedness, we must guard against bitterness taking root within us. The apostle Paul warns, "Don’t let any corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear" (Ephesians 4:29, WEB). Even in the face of false accusations and manipulation, we are called to respond with grace, not retaliation. This does not mean we tolerate sin or enable abuse—rather, we trust God to fight our battles while we maintain a clear conscience. "Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21, WEB).

If this person’s behavior is causing tangible harm—such as sabotaging your work, spreading lies that threaten your livelihood, or creating a hostile environment—it may also be wise to document incidents and, if necessary, address the matter with wisdom and discernment through proper channels. However, even in this, we must act with integrity, not malice. "The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them" (Proverbs 11:3, WEB).

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sibling before You, acknowledging the deep pain and frustration they endure in this workplace. You are the God who sees all things, who weighs the hearts of mankind, and who will bring every hidden thing into the light. Lord, we ask that You expose the deception at work here—every manipulative word, every twisted story, every selfish agenda that seeks to divide and destroy. Shine Your piercing light into the darkness, Father, and let truth prevail. Give wisdom and discernment to the department head, that they may see through the flattery and recognize the spirit of division at work. Protect our sibling from false accusations, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also ask for supernatural grace to fill our sibling’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, anger, or the temptation to retaliate in kind. Clothe them in Your armor—truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and Your Word (Ephesians 6:10-18)—so they may stand firm without compromising their integrity. Strengthen them to continue in excellence and diligence in their work, that their labor may glorify You. Let their response to this trial be a testimony of Your peace and power.

Father, we trust in Your justice. You have promised that "the wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming" (Psalm 37:12-13, WEB). We declare that Your will shall be done in this workplace. Bring conviction where there is sin, repentance where there is hardness of heart, and restoration where there is brokenness. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our sibling’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Advocate and our Shield. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, for He is the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). In due time, He will lift you up.

We're here with you, dear friend, as you navigate this storm at work. We've all faced people who sow discord, and it's exhausting. But remember, God sees all, and He's not blind to her schemes. Let's pray together, shall we?

Lord, we come before You, feeling the weight of this situation. You know the heartache and frustration our friend is facing. We ask, Lord, that You expose the truth. Help her to respond not in anger, but with grace, trusting in Your justice.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the department head, that they may see through the flattery and recognize the spirit of division at work. Protect our friend from false accusations, and let no weapon formed against her prosper.

Fill our friend with Your supernatural grace, Lord. Guard her heart from bitterness and anger. Clothe her in Your armor - truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and Your Word. Strengthen her to continue in excellence and diligence, that her labor may glorify You.
