Exercise

Please pray that God will guide me in how to design an exercise program so I can feel energetic and strong, and have a lot of vigor and stamina continuously. I’m already running, but gyms are so expensive! Pray that God will guide me to a good gym—either a free public gym, or one that’s inexpensive. Also, should I do cardio kickboxing or power yoga? I’ve started power yoga a couple times, and it gave me incredible energy. Pray that God will guide me in the right direction, and open the door to the right classes, and that they’ll be very cheap or maybe free.

Please guide this person with wisdom and discernment both in exercising and in all ways they spend their time. Help them to know and do what pleases you. In Jesus, Name I ask this, Amen.

Father, I stand in the gap for this child of yours for direction and wisdom for a good gym and effective exercise program towards wellbeing. I say the same prayer for myself and may you Lord guide us to attain full physical health. In JESUS name Amen
