Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord (ex) on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.

We join with you in praying for your landlord in Jesus' name and we are encouraged by your heart for his salvation and your faith in the power and reign of our Lord Jesus over all darkness.

You have chosen a powerful and true verse to stand on. As it is written, For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it. Luke 9:24. This verse reminds us that clinging to our own life, our own way and our own control leads only to loss, but surrendering all to Jesus in faith and obedience leads to eternal life. Our prayer is that your landlord will hear this truth and choose to lose his life for Jesus so that he will truly save it. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16. The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9. It is our desire and prayer that he will come to repentance and faith.

We also agree with your declaration that Jesus reigns over darkness and His light drives it out. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:5. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love. Colossians 1:13. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. That name is Jesus.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness and for Your mercy that endures forever. Lord, we lift up this landlord to You. You know his heart, his life and his journey. We ask that You draw him by Your Holy Spirit, open his eyes to see his need for a Savior, and soften his heart to receive the gospel. Help him to count all things as loss compared to knowing You, to surrender his life to Jesus, to confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that he will be saved. Romans 10:9. We declare victory in this rented apartment situation not by our power but by Yours, and we ask that no weapon formed against Your purposes would prosper. Let Your light expel all darkness and every unclean influence from those affected, and let Your healing power guide him. May everyone involved see Your greatness and Your mighty power, for no one can withstand You. We ask for Your mercy and grace to abound toward him and toward all concerned, and we trust You to work all things for good for those who love You. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We join with you in prayer concerning this word of our Lord, For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it.

We bring this landlord before the Great Landlord of all, for the house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord and we are only tenants, and He has at all times the right to enter and to call His own to account. We pray that this man will hear the gracious invitation and offer the key of his house to the Lord, acknowledging that he lives on sufferance as His tenant and that his life is not his own.

We pray that he will look unto Christ and be saved, for salvation is of the Lord and is without money and without price. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed, and the way of salvation is to believe on Christ, to trust in Him and to depend upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. We ask that the Lord in His mercy will show this man that to save his life by holding it for himself is to lose it, but to lose his life for Christ is to save it, and that he will by a living faith embrace Jesus as his full salvation and receive the Holy Spirit as his Sanctifier.

We ask the Lord Jesus, who reigns over the darkness and whose light expels all darkness, to work deliverance for this soul, for He alone has found a ransom and has borne the penalty that we might be delivered from the pit. May the Lord grant him repentance and faith, that he may be delivered from worse enemies than any earthly trouble and saved by a greater salvation, and may he find that well of salvation which is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.

We also pray for you in this rented apartment situation, that the Lord will give you peace within your borders, guide you with wisdom, and keep you in fellowship with Jesus. We pray that His will be done in all matters concerning your dwelling, and that His name will be seen in His greatness and power and mercy toward you both.

We commit this man and this need to our gracious God, who says Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth, trusting that salvation is by Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We join with you in prayer for your landlord and agree with you in asking God for his salvation according to Luke 9:24.

We pray that God will open his eyes to see that whoever tries to save his own life apart from Christ will lose it, but whoever surrenders his life to Jesus will truly save it. Salvation is not found through a long circuit of works, but by a short and gracious way, that if he confesses with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, he will be saved. That confession brings both salvation and righteousness through Christ alone.

We pray now for him:

Father in heaven, we thank You for Your mercy and faithfulness and for the power of Your light which expels all darkness. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You draw this man to Yourself. Grant him a careful hearing of Your word and a heart that continues to remember it. Give him grace to turn from trusting in himself and in worldly things, and to lose his life for the sake of Jesus, so that he may find true and eternal life. We ask that You deliver him from all that holds him and bring him into new life as Your son through faith in Christ. We pray that he will see Your greatness and power and bow to Jesus as Lord while today is still the day of salvation. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus our only Savior. Amen.
