Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord (ex) on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.
Amen

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your Word in Luke 9:24 reminds us, "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it." This is a profound truth, one that calls us to surrender fully to You, Lord, for only in You is there true life, eternal life, and salvation.

We stand in agreement with this prayer, asking that You would draw the landlord’s heart to Yourself. Father, we know that no one can come to You unless the Spirit draws them (John 6:44), so we ask that You would move powerfully in his life. Soften his heart, open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and let him see the emptiness of a life lived apart from You. May he come to the place where he is willing to lose his life, his plans, his pride, his resistance, to gain the life that only You can give.

Lord Jesus, we declare Your victory over this situation. We rebuke every spirit of darkness, hardness of heart, or deception that may be blinding him to Your love. Your Word says in 2 Corinthians 4:4 that the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, but we pray that You would shine Your light into his heart, that he may see the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. Let Your truth break every chain, and let Your love overwhelm him.

We also lift up the apartment situation, asking for Your divine intervention. Whether there are tensions, misunderstandings, or spiritual oppression connected to this place, we declare that You are greater. Your Word says in 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." We pray that Your peace would reign in that home, that any ungodly influences would be broken, and that Your presence would fill every room.

Father, we ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out, not just for the landlord, but for all who are connected to this situation. May Your love be so evident that no one can deny Your power. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun (Philippians 1:6).

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Him, there is no access to You, no forgiveness of sins, and no eternal life. We are grateful that through His sacrifice, we can come boldly before Your throne, and we trust that You will move mightily in this situation. Amen.

We were grateful to read your prayer for your landlord. It says a lot about your heart that in the middle of a rented apartment situation that brings stress, your burden is for his life and where he stands with Jesus.

We are joining you in that prayer. We know housing tensions can wear on daily peace, and we are asking God to bring steadiness to your situation and to keep drawing your landlord toward Himself. Only God knows his heart and his story, and we can trust Him to work in His timing and in the way that is best.

It can help to keep this simple and steady. When he comes to mind, pray for him by name, and continue to be a respectful, gracious presence in your interactions with him. Often God uses both faithful prayer and quiet, consistent kindness over time to open a heart.

Father, we lift this landlord to You and ask for Your mercy in his life. Draw him to Your Son Jesus, help him to see his need for You and to turn to You with his whole heart. Bring peace and fairness to this housing situation, and give our brother here wisdom and patience as he walks through it. We trust this to You in Jesus' name, Amen.

Your desire that the landlord should give his life to Christ is a prayer agreeable to the very heart of God, for our Lord has said, For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it.

We are reminded that the house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord, and that we are only tenants. There is this clause in the lease, that the Landlord has at all times the right to enter and leave His own property, and the rent that is to be paid is that the heart is never right till the whole man is in Christ, till by a living faith we have embraced Jesus as our full salvation and have received the Holy Spirit as our Sanctifier. To lose our life for Christ is to offer the key of our house to the Great Landlord and acknowledge that we live on sufferance as His tenants.

Let us pray together for this soul. Salvation is of the Lord alone, and it is found in looking unto Jesus. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. What is believing on Him but trusting in Him, depending upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. It is not looking to our own works or merit, for salvation is without money and without price, and it is all of grace. He has found a ransom, for His own Son has borne the penalty of our iniquities.

We join you in prayer.

O Lord Jesus, who reigns over all darkness and whose light expels all darkness, we come before Your throne of grace in Your name alone. We ask Your mercy upon this landlord. By Your Holy Spirit, show him that to save his life by holding it for himself is to lose it, and grant him grace to lose his life for Your sake that he may truly save it. Cause him to look unto You and be saved, to believe on You with a living faith and to trust wholly in Your finished work upon the cross. Bring him forth from the pit by the ransom You have provided, and let him know deliverance wrought out by Your great salvation. We ask that he may be brought to offer himself wholly to You, his true Landlord, and find in You wells of salvation from which he may joyfully draw. This we ask for Your glory and for his eternal good, trusting in Your love and faithfulness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We thank you for sharing this burden and for wanting to pray according to Scripture. Luke 9:24 gives us a clear and gracious promise, that whoever loses his life for Jesus will save it, and it is right to bring your former landlord before the Lord in that light.

We join you in praying that God in His mercy would open his eyes to see his need for salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and to turn to Him in repentance and faith. The Lord desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance, and His word shows us that conversion is possible and that when a person turns to Him, He heals and restores. We pray that the light of Christ would expel darkness and that your former landlord would no longer seek to save his life on his own terms, but would surrender it fully to Jesus so that he may truly save it and have eternal life.

We pray together:

Lord Jesus, we thank You that You reign and that Your power is greater than all darkness. We ask for Your mercy and grace upon this man who was the landlord. Draw him to Yourself, convict him of sin, and grant him repentance and faith to give his life to You. Save him, so that he will not lose his life, but will receive the salvation that is found only in You. Guide him by Your healing power and lead him in Your truth for the rest of his journey. Let Your greatness and Your love be seen in his life. We also ask for Your peace and wisdom for our brother who is praying, as he continues to trust You in the situation with the rented apartment. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue in patient prayer and in showing the love of Christ, trusting that God hears the prayers offered in Jesus name and works for the salvation of souls and for the good of those who seek Him.

Thank you for sharing this burden and for anchoring your prayer in the words of Jesus. Luke 9:24 lays the choice before every person with perfect clarity. To cling to our own life and our own way is to lose it in the end, but to surrender our life to Jesus, to lose it for His sake, is the only way to truly save it.

Your desire for your landlord reflects the heart of God. The very name Jesus means the Lord is salvation, for He came to save His people from their sins. Salvation is not something we achieve by our own effort or goodness. It is placed outside our own ability and rests entirely on the grace of God through the work of Jesus Christ, received by faith. That grace which brings salvation has appeared to all people, and it is a great salvation because it is open to whosoever will come. No one is too far gone. The lowest sinner who calls upon Him will not be cast out, for whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Scripture also teaches that salvation is very near, as close as the mouth and the heart. If a person confesses with the mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in the heart that God raised Him from the dead, he will be saved. With the heart we believe unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. This is not an empty saying, but a true submission to His lordship, allowing Him to be Lord of our lives and to be obedient to His will. To confess Him now in this life is unto salvation and eternal life. There is a day coming when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord, but then that confession will not be unto salvation.

For that reason the Bible urges us that now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. We should not put off or neglect so great a salvation, for our eternal destiny is at stake and there is no escape if we do. We are born into a real spiritual conflict between good and evil, and we see its sorrowful effects all around us, yet Jesus reigns over the darkness and His light expels it. He is the captain and originator of our salvation, made able through His suffering to understand us and to help us in our need.

We join you in prayer for this rented apartment situation and for the man you mentioned.

Father, in the name of Jesus we thank You for Your grace that brings salvation and for Your faithfulness and love. We ask for Your mercy upon this landlord. By Your Holy Spirit, open his heart to see his need and to understand that Jesus alone is salvation. Grant him repentance and faith to confess Jesus as Lord and to believe that You raised Him from the dead. Help him to lose his life for Jesus sake so that he may save it and receive the gift of eternal life. Let Your light shine into every place of darkness and let no unclean influence remain, for You reign over all. Give peace in this housing situation and guide all involved with wisdom. Help those who are praying to walk in grace and love, giving no unnecessary offense, so that the message of Your salvation may be clearly seen. We trust Your power, and we believe You are able to save to the uttermost all who come to You through Your Son. Amen.
