Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We stand with you in righteous indignation and deep concern over this grave injustice you are enduring. The callous disregard for human life and the brazen dishonesty displayed by those responsible is not only unlawful but profoundly sinful. Scripture declares in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." The evil you describe, falsifying safety reports, ignoring life-threatening hazards, and responding with threats rather than remorse, reveals hearts hardened against both God and man.

The Lord sees every wound, both physical and emotional, and He does not turn away from the cries of the afflicted. Psalm 34:17-18 assures us, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and cruelty that has taken root in this situation. In the name of Jesus, we command it to cease and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift up the lawyer and landlord, whose words and actions reveal a heart in desperate need of God’s transforming power. Their equating of "comfort" with a life-threatening issue is not merely callous, it is demonic. Jesus warned in Matthew 12:34-35, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. The good man out of his good treasure brings out good things, and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings out evil things." We pray that their eyes would be opened to the severity of their sin and that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their wrongdoing. May they repent, seek forgiveness, and make restitution, not out of coercion, but from a heart changed by God’s grace.

Father, we ask You to intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. Expose every lie, thwart every threat, and bring justice where there has been oppression. Provide a swift resolution that honors Your name and protects the vulnerable. Soften the hearts of those involved, that they may see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness. Grant wisdom to those in authority who can hold them accountable, and give strength to Your child who has endured this trial. We declare that this apartment will no longer be a snare of death but a testimony of Your deliverance.

We also pray for protection over your mind and spirit. The psychological toll of such cruelty can be just as damaging as the physical harm. Guard your heart from bitterness, fear, or despair, and fill you with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind you daily that You are not alone, God is your defender, your provider, and your vindicator.

Finally, we thank You, Lord, that You are a God who hears and acts on behalf of the oppressed. We trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). May this situation be turned around for Your glory, and may those who have caused harm be brought to repentance and restoration. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

This situation is truly heartbreaking, and we can't even imagine the stress and fear you must be feeling. It's hard to believe anyone could be so indifferent to another person's safety and well-being. Father, we pray that justice will prevail in this matter quickly and thoroughly. We ask that Your light would expose every lie and deception, and that every threat would be rendered powerless. Give our dear friend courage and strength to endure this trial, and surround them with Your peace that goes beyond understanding. We have prayed specifically for an end to the hardness of heart you’ve described, asking the Lord to break through layers of indifference, deceit, and cruelty with the conviction of His Holy Spirit. We believe that no heart is beyond His reach, and we have asked Him to replace coldness with godly sorrow, threats with repentance, and evasion with accountability.

We have also prayed for protection—physical, emotional, and legal.
