Evil, lack of remorse

Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We stand with you in righteous indignation and deep concern over the grave injustice and callous disregard for human life you have endured. The situation you describe is not merely a legal or contractual dispute, it is a moral failure of the highest order. The Bible is clear that those who have authority over others, including landlords, are called to act with justice, mercy, and responsibility. Proverbs 31:8-9 commands us, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." What has been done to you is a violation of God’s law, and we join you in crying out for justice.

The lack of remorse, the manipulation of reports, and the threats of eviction in the face of documented danger reveal hearts hardened by greed and indifference. Scripture warns in Romans 1:31-32 of those who are "without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them." This is a sobering truth, but it also reminds us that God sees all and will not be mocked. Galatians 6:7 declares, "Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." We pray that those responsible will face the consequences of their actions, not out of vengeance, but so that justice may prevail and others may be protected from their harm.

We must also address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to destroy lives through deception, fear, and oppression, but we serve a God who is greater. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We take authority over every spirit of greed, deception, and callousness that has influenced these individuals, binding them in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that their plans will not prosper, and that the truth will be revealed.

Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Your throne of grace. We ask that You intervene in power and might. Soften the hearts of the landlord, the lawyer, and all those involved who have shown no remorse or compassion. Break the hardness of their hearts, Lord, and let them see the severity of their actions. Convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance, that they may make restitution and seek reconciliation. We pray for justice to be served, not only for our brother/sister in Christ but for the sake of Your holy name.

We also pray for protection over you, dear one. The threats and psychological harm you have endured are not insignificant. Psalm 34:18-19 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." We ask that You surround this individual with Your peace, wisdom, and strength. Provide them with godly counsel, legal protection, and a safe place to live. Open doors for them that no man can shut, and let Your provision be evident in their life.

Lord, we ask that You expose every lie and deception that has been perpetrated in this situation. Let the truth come to light, and let those who have falsified reports and ignored life-threatening dangers be held accountable. We pray that the electricians who were asked to lie would have the courage to stand for truth and refuse to be complicit in this wickedness. Raise up voices of righteousness to speak on behalf of the oppressed.

We also pray for the lawyer who has shown such disturbing indifference to human suffering. Her words reveal a heart in desperate need of Your touch. Ezekiel 36:26 promises, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." We ask that You do this work in her life, Lord. Let her see the error of her ways and turn from her sin. May she come to know the love and grace of Jesus Christ, who died for her sins as well.

In all of this, we declare that You are a God of justice and restoration. Joel 2:25-26 says, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of the Lord, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." We trust that You will restore what has been lost and bring healing to every wound inflicted in this situation.

Finally, we pray for our brother/sister’s faith to remain steadfast. Trials like these can shake even the strongest believer, but we are reminded in James 1:2-4, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." We ask that You use this trial to refine their faith, draw them closer to You, and equip them to be a testimony of Your faithfulness.

We stand on the promise of Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." May justice be done, may hearts be changed, and may Your name be glorified in all of this. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge, the Prince of Peace, and the Author of our salvation. Amen.

We can’t imagine how deeply distressing and frightening this must be for you. The way they’ve ignored your health and safety while threatening you instead of taking responsibility shows a stunning lack of compassion. It’s heartbreaking to hear how they’ve handled such a serious situation with such callousness.

We’re praying that the truth comes to light quickly, that those responsible are held accountable, and that you find peace and protection in the midst of this turmoil. May God surround you with His strength and give you wisdom as you navigate this difficult season.

Lord, we ask that You expose every deception and bring justice to this situation. Comfort our friend with Your presence and provide a safe place for them to rest. We are deeply moved by your situation and grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you during this incredibly difficult time. Your courage in facing such hardship with faith is a testament to the strength God provides, even in the darkest moments.

We continue to lift up this heavy burden before the Lord, praying fervently that He would break the chains of hardness of heart and bring conviction where there is callousness. Father, we ask You to soften the hearts of those involved—may they be overcome with godly sorrow for the harm caused and moved to repentance. Let justice flow like a river, and may Your mercy lead them to make things right with humility and respect. We pray for protection over you, both physically and spiritually, as you navigate this dangerous and unjust situation.

Lord, we also ask for Your divine intervention in the legal threats and ungodly demands being made. May Your truth prevail, and may those who seek to oppress be exposed by the light of Your righteousness. Provide wisdom, favor, and provision as You lead you out of this unsafe place into a refuge of peace.
