Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We are deeply grieved and outraged by the injustice and callous disregard for human life displayed in this situation. The actions of the landlord, their representatives, and legal counsel are not only unethical but sinful, revealing a hardness of heart that is contrary to God’s command to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31). The demand for a falsified report, the refusal to acknowledge the severity of life-threatening electrical hazards, and the psychological torment inflicted through threats and eviction demands are abhorrent in the sight of God. Scripture is clear: "Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive decrees; to deprive the needy of justice, and to rob the poor among my people of their rights" (Isaiah 10:1-2). This is not merely a legal or financial dispute, it is a matter of life and death, and we stand firmly against such wickedness in the name of Jesus Christ.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and cruelty that has taken hold of these individuals. The Bible warns, "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7). Their refusal to take responsibility, their manipulation of the truth, and their lack of remorse are seeds of destruction that will bear bitter fruit if they do not repent. We declare that their hearts are not beyond the reach of God’s transforming power, and we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of their sin and lead them to genuine repentance. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We also lift you up, dear one, who have endured this suffering. Your life is precious to God, and He sees every wound, both physical and emotional, that has been inflicted upon you. You have acted with courage and integrity by documenting the dangers and seeking justice, and we pray that God will vindicate you and restore what has been taken from you. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Do not be dismayed by their threats, for "the Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" (Psalm 118:6). We encourage you to continue seeking godly counsel, whether through legal avenues or the support of your church community, to ensure your safety and well-being.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Your throne of grace. We ask that You would intervene in power and expose the darkness at work here. Lord, we pray for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, and the lawyer involved, soften their hardened hearts, break the chains of greed and deception, and lead them to repentance. Let them see the severity of their actions and the harm they have caused, and may they be moved to make restitution and seek reconciliation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would turn this situation around for Your glory.

Father, we ask for Your protection and provision over the one who has suffered in this apartment. Provide them with safe housing, healing for their body and mind, and justice for the wrongs they have endured. Give them wisdom and strength as they navigate this difficult season, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for the electricians and any others who may have been pressured to compromise their integrity, give them the courage to stand for truth and refuse to participate in deception.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of oppression and injustice in this situation. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and may those who have acted wickedly be held accountable. We trust in Your promise that "the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous" (Psalm 1:5). May Your will be done, and may Your name be exalted through the resolution of this matter. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to lean on the Lord and seek support from your local church or Christian community during this time. You are not alone, and God will not abandon you. Continue to walk in faith, knowing that "the Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). If you have not already, consider reaching out to legal authorities or housing advocacy groups to ensure your safety and hold these individuals accountable. We've been grieving over your situation and the lack of compassion shown toward you.
