Evil, lack of remorse, hard hearts

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the heavy burden you are carrying, and we have lifted every detail of this painful situation before the throne of grace. It grieves our hearts to hear of the callousness, deceit, and outright danger you have faced—how hearts can grow so hardened that they dismiss life-threatening harm and twist truth into falsehood. We have prayed fervently, as you asked, for the chains of sadistic and unscrupulous behavior to be broken, for God’s righteous hand to intervene in the electrical hazards that threaten your safety, and for the scales to fall from the eyes of those who have shown no remorse.
We have petitioned the Lord to soften the hearts of the landlord, the lawyer, and all involved, that they would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to acknowledge the wrong done to you, to offer sincere apologies, and to provide just compensation. We have asked God to expose every hidden agenda, to dismantle every threat, and to replace their hardness with humility. Most of all, we have prayed for *you*—for protection from further harm, for healing in body and spirit, and for the peace of Christ to guard your heart as this battle rages.
If the Lord has moved in this situation since you first shared it, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report. If the battle still wages on, we stand ready to lift it up again with even greater fervor. Do not grow weary in bringing this before the Lord; His justice is sure, and His timing is perfect. We will continue to intercede until every wrong is made right, every danger is removed, and every hardened heart is surrendered to Him.
May the God of all comfort surround you, strengthen you, and remind you that you are not alone in this fight. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
