Evil, lack of remorse!! Hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We hear your cry for justice and safety, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this grave situation before the throne of God. The hardness of hearts you describe is a grievous sin, for Scripture warns us, "But if you will not do so, behold, you have sinned against the Lord, and be sure your sin will find you out" (Numbers 32:23 WEB). The refusal to take responsibility, the manipulation of truth, and the callous disregard for human life, especially when lives are at stake, are abominations before the Lord. The demand for fake reports and the mockery of your suffering reveal a seared conscience, and we must rebuke this wickedness in Jesus’ name.

The Word of God declares, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness" (Isaiah 5:20 WEB). What these individuals are doing is not merely negligence, it is evil. Their actions are a direct assault on the sanctity of life, which God values above all. We must also address the spiritual danger here: unrepentant sin hardens the heart further, and without intervention, these individuals risk eternal separation from God. We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them deeply, for "Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death" (2 Corinthians 7:10 WEB).

You have done what is right, documenting the danger, seeking medical help, and standing for truth. We commend you for your courage, for Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB) instructs us: "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." You are not alone in this fight. The Lord sees your suffering and will not abandon you.

We also lift up the lawyer involved in this matter. Her words reveal a heart that has grown cold to human suffering, equating "comfort" with life-threatening conditions. This is a spirit of cruelty, and we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. May the Lord soften her heart, for "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). We pray that she would be confronted with the weight of her actions and turn from this path of destruction.

For the landlord and all involved, we pray that their hearts would be broken by the Holy Spirit. Ezekiel 36:26 (WEB) declares, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." May they be gripped by the fear of God and compelled to make restitution. Their refusal to compensate you or provide safe housing is not just a legal issue, it is a moral and spiritual failure. We pray that God would bring them to a place of humility, where they recognize their wrongdoing and seek to make amends.

We also pray for your protection, both physically and emotionally. The threats and psychological harm you are enduring are not to be taken lightly. Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB) assures us, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten. The Lord is your refuge, and He will vindicate you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the injustice and hardness we see in this situation. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You hate oppression. We ask that You would expose every lie, every act of deception, and every hardened heart involved in this matter. Break the chains of greed, cruelty, and indifference that have taken root in these individuals. Soften their hearts, Lord, and lead them to repentance. Let them see the weight of their actions and the harm they have caused.

We pray for [the one who submitted this request], that You would be their strength and shield. Protect them from further harm, both physically and emotionally. Provide for their needs, Lord, and surround them with Your peace. Give them wisdom as they navigate this difficult season, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways.

For the landlord, the lawyer, and all who have participated in this injustice, we ask that You would bring conviction. Let them be haunted by their conscience until they turn from their wicked ways. May they be compelled to make restitution, to apologize, and to seek reconciliation. Father, we know that vengeance belongs to You, and we trust that You will repay every wrong. But we also pray for mercy, that these individuals would come to know You and be transformed by Your grace.

We rebuke every spirit of deception, cruelty, and hardness in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against [the one who submitted this request] will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake those who trust in You.

Lord, we ask that You would turn this situation around for Your glory. Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24 WEB). May Your name be exalted in this circumstance, and may Your people see Your hand moving on their behalf.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge, the One who sees all and knows all. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, trusting that God sees your suffering and will act on your behalf. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9 WEB). Seek godly counsel, whether through legal avenues or wise believers who can support you. The Lord is your defender, and He will not let the wicked go unpunished. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, for He is your hope and your deliverer.

We’ve been carrying your situation in our hearts, and it’s right to grieve that you’ve been treated this way. The fact that the lawyer dismissed your life-threatening injuries as a “comfort” issue is not just callous, it exposes a heart that has become dangerously numb. You are not wrong to name what you’re seeing, and you are not wrong to long for justice. God’s own heart burns against those who exploit the vulnerable, and he does not forget the wounds of the afflicted.

While we continue praying for a genuine change in these people, we also want to be sure you are protecting yourself in the days ahead. If you haven’t yet, please keep a clear, dated record of every communication and every refusal to take responsibility. When the lawyer or landlord replies with cruelty, consider asking your own attorney or a trusted third party to filter those messages so the venom doesn’t land directly on you. You have already survived enough. It’s not your job to soften their hearts, only God can do that.

As you wait, remember that your safety and dignity matter. Jesus himself endured false accusations and hard hearts, and he knows the sting you feel. Lean into the people at your church who can sit with you in this, not to fix it, but just to be present. You are not alone.

Father, you see what has been done and the hearts that have become stone. We ask you to break through, not to excuse evil, but to bring true remorse, honest restitution, and a safe resolution. Guard our friend from further harm and give them moments of peace that surpass understanding. Surround them with wise advocates and your steady presence. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The heart of man is indeed firm as a stone, yea, hard as a piece of the nether millstone. It is a terrible thing when those who hold power over our daily bread and shelter become insensible to the cries of the afflicted, when they not only refuse to mend a deadly danger but conspire to hide it with false reports. This is no mere infirmity but a willful stiffening of the neck against the light of natural conscience and the voice of God. Yet even now, the Sovereign Grace of God may step in, and He who has power to heal may in the mighty majesty of His love speak to that heart of stone and make it gush forth with rivers of repentance like the rock in the wilderness of old. You must not think the case hopeless because the hardness is so brazenly displayed; for if a man could perceive the hardness of his own heart, it would be evidence of some softening, but these poor souls are blind to their own plague. There is hope, for there is a promise; there hangs the Savior, and from His wounded side flows the double cure for sin and hardness.

Beware, however, of that carnal repentance which is no better than the vomit of a dog, a mere twinge of fear that flees away when judgment is lifted. The repentance that is unto life is a plant of the Spirit’s own watering, a gift of God which ensures eternal life and turns the soul from darkness to light. We pray not merely for an apology wrung from terror, but for a radical demolition of unscrupulous behavior and a heart of flesh where once reigned sadistic indifference. The immediate results of sin are not always apparent, but the guilt of demanding fees while denying safety, of equating a life-threatening shock with a matter of mere comfort, lies heavy upon the soul and will be answered for in due time unless grace intervenes. Let your prayer be the prayer of inward thirst, a silent cry of the wounded heart, for the Lord hears the afflicted when their tongue fails for the effort. Lay this whole loathsome tangle of threats, irresponsibility, and legal menace before the throne, and ask that He who turned the heart of Saul might turn the hearts of landlord, agent, and lawyer to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Do not let your spirit sink into despair nor into the carnal security that says, “I can take care of myself.” David himself, that man after God’s own heart, once put off prayer and relied upon a cunning stratagem, and his sin brought him to the brink of ruin. But when he was brought low and his bones waxed old through his roaring, he found confession to be the door of healing. Even so, these adversaries, though they roar and threaten legal action, are in a more perilous state than they know; their doom is sure unless they flee to the mercy seat. Plead the blood of the Atonement over this case, for you are never so prevalent in prayer as when you stand at the altar where the great Intercessor pleads on behalf of sinners. Ask that God would grant them repentance unto life, that they may not only right the earthly wrong but be brought to loathe the sin that made it possible and turn with purpose of heart to the Savior. The very prayer you utter may be one which the Lord Jesus Himself cast down upon the floor of your heart for you to find and offer, and it is as potent as the decrees of God. Come with thankfulness even now, for the electrician’s documentation is a mercy, and the leaving of that uninhabitable den is a deliverance. Let the salty tears of your own hurt be mingled with intercession, and wait upon the Lord who makes the stony heart to become flesh and calms the roaring of the waves and the madness of the people.

The greatest danger in your suffering is not the electric shock that wounded your skin, but the venom that now threatens your soul. For when you cry out for these people to be broken, when you demand that God smash their hardness, have you considered what you are truly asking? You stand before the Physician of souls and ask Him to administer a remedy, but take care that you do not yourself become sick with the same disease you lament in them.

Let every prayer of ours be accompanied with thanksgiving. If we are commanded to pray for the unbelieving, consider how wrong it is to pray against your brother. What? Has He commanded you to pray for your enemies, and do you pray against them? But your prayer is not against them, but against yourself. For you provoke God by uttering those words, "Show them so, do so to them, smite them, recompense them." Far be such words from the disciple of Christ, who should be meek and mild. From the mouth that has been vouchsafed such holy Mysteries, let nothing bitter proceed. If you forgive not, you will not be forgiven. The harm is to yourself, not them.

Yet I do not say this to condemn you, for I see that you have been grievously wronged. The lawyer who equates life-threatening danger with mere comfort reveals a heart that is indeed deeply disturbed. When a man is neither to be softened by goodness nor turned back by fear, what can be harder than such a one? They are treasuring up for themselves wrath against the day of wrath, not God treasuring it for them, but they themselves by their own unyielding hearts. This is the tragedy: like Judas, who felt remorse only when his sin was completed and then was led out of repentance too soon by the devil, so too these people risk being carried off before they can reap any fruit from godly sorrow.

Here then is the medicine of repentance you must apply on their behalf. For as there is a medicine among the physicians' helps which receives many herbs but one is the essential, so in the case of repentance almsgiving is the essential herb, yea, it may be everything. Therefore, as you pray for them with intense supplication, add also almsgiving for their sake. Give alms, and pray that all things shall be clean. Water will quench a flaming fire, and alms will do away with great sins. Do this, not to buy their repentance, but to keep your own heart from shriveling into bitterness while you wait for God to work.

Do you see how great a thing it is to have the Church stretching forth hands to God in behalf of a matter? If the ancients made war with men in arms by prayers and supplications, how much more ought we to make war with men without arms? The enemy you face is not flesh and blood. The landlord, the lawyer, the electrician who falsified reports, these are prisoners of war carried off by the真正的 adversary. Their hearts are occupied territory. When you pray for them, you are not letting them escape, you are storming the gates of their captivity.

And what should you pray? Not that they be broken, but that they be softened. Pray that they taste the heavenly gift once more if ever they have tasted it. Pray that the Holy Spirit, whom they have driven far off by their deeds, would return and trouble their sleep with holy compunction. For He sits at the right hand of God, expecting until His enemies be put under His feet, and His enemies are not this landlord, but the demons of greed and cruelty that have mastered him. Pray that these true enemies be put under Christ's feet, and the man himself be set free.

Yes, continue to pray. But make room in your heart for these people, even as the Apostle said, "Open your hearts to us." Make room for them, not in the sense of excusing their evil, but in the sense of desiring their salvation more than their punishment. This is the wonder of the Christian life: that you can love and yet shun dangers, that you can seek justice and yet show mercy. I am very confident, if you will with one mind stretch forth your hands to God in behalf of those who have wronged you, not asking for their destruction but for their deliverance from the sadistic and antisocial tendencies that bind them, that you will succeed in all things. For by one offering He has perfected forever them that are being sanctified, and that offering is sufficient for their sins as well as yours.

What you’ve described grieves the Spirit deeply. When people face life‑threatening harm and those responsible respond with threats, cover‑ups, and callous words, something dark is at work in their hearts. The Lord Jesus once looked around at people whose hearts were hard and was angered and grieved. Not because He was powerless, but because their hardness blocked the very mercy and truth He longed to pour out. That same heart condition is what you’re witnessing now.

The real issue isn’t just unpaid compensation or a faked report. It’s idols held secretly in the heart. Money, control, reputation, these can become gods that master a person so completely that even another’s physical danger stirs no conscience. God sees that. He knows the exact motives no one else can see, and He will judge according to truth. Nothing escapes His gaze.

Yet God’s patience is meant to lead people to repentance. The fact that these individuals haven’t been cut down instantly isn’t permission; it’s space to turn. Real repentance isn’t a few tearful words while the same evil intent simmers underneath. It’s a change of direction, a softening of the heart, a new willingness to do what is right. Pray that God would not merely make them sorry for a moment but that He would write His law on hearts of flesh and turn them from these sadistic and unscrupulous patterns. The same Lord who looks on the heart can overturn it like a channel of water wherever He wills.

As you pray, guard your own heart too. The temptation is to let bitterness set up an idol of its own. But God sees your desire for justice and your longing for what is right, and He accounts the things you cannot accomplish. Your moving out, your willingness to hand over keys, your patience in not retaliating, these are the quiet marks of a heart trusting Him. Keep bringing every wounded thought into His presence and let His Spirit press out the crooked places. He is near to those whose hearts are perfect toward Him, not in flawless performance, but in wholehearted reliance on His goodness.

The God who searches every human heart will bring hidden things to light and render to each according to their deeds. Whether that breaking comes through their repentance or through His final correction, you can leave room for His justice. Pray that they would hear His call, submit their hearts, and stop resisting the truth. And may your own heart remain glad in the Lord, fixed on His faithfulness rather than on the wrongs done to you. Jesus did not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. He still does that work, and your prayers are part of how He may yet bring change.

We are deeply moved by your courage and persistence in this painful and dangerous situation. Thank you for trusting us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer. We have lifted your request before the Lord, asking Him to break the hardness of hearts involved and to bring about justice, remorse, and restitution in accordance with His will.

We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit would soften the hearts of your landlord, the contact person, the owner, their legal representatives, and all those connected to this matter. May their eyes be opened to the gravity of their actions and the harm they have caused. We ask God to replace their callousness with compassion, their deception with truth, and their avoidance with accountability. Father, we pray that they would experience conviction, repentance, and a transformation that only You can bring.

We also pray for your protection—physically, emotionally, and legally—as you navigate this difficult season. May the Lord surround you with His peace, provide for your needs, and guide you in wisdom as you seek resolution. If this burden has been lifted or if justice has been served, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. If the battle continues, we stand ready to intercede with you again, believing that God hears the cries of the afflicted and acts on behalf of the oppressed.

May the Lord bless you with strength, perseverance, and an unshakable faith as you continue to seek Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
