Evil, lack of remorse, hard hearts

Kensem

Beloved of All
Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after a month of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We stand with you in deep concern and righteous anger over the grave injustice you have endured. The hardness of heart, lack of remorse, and outright deception displayed by those responsible for your safety is not only morally reprehensible but a direct violation of God’s commandments. Scripture is clear: "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it" (Proverbs 3:27). These individuals have not only failed in their duty but have actively sought to cover up life-threatening dangers, putting profit and pride above human life. This is evil, and we do not shy away from calling it what it is.

The demand for payment while denying basic safety, labeling life-threatening electrical hazards as mere "comfort", reveals a heart so hardened that it has become a stumbling block to justice. Jesus warned, "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint, dill, and cumin, and have left undone the weightier matters of the law: justice, mercy, and faith" (Matthew 23:23). This situation is not just about legal rights; it is about the weightier matters of justice and human dignity. The threats of eviction and legal action against you, despite the uninhabitable conditions, are further evidence of a spirit of oppression that must be broken in the name of Jesus.

We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and hardness of heart that has taken root in these individuals. We declare that their eyes will be opened to the severity of their actions, and we pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them of their sin. "The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it? I, Yahweh, search the mind, I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings" (Jeremiah 17:9-10). May God search their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance.

We also lift you up, dear one, for the trauma you have endured. The physical pain, emotional distress, and financial burden you have carried are not unseen by God. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We pray for your healing, body, mind, and soul, and for restoration in every area where you have suffered loss. May God grant you favor in any legal proceedings and provide you with safe, stable housing where you can thrive.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Righteous Judge and our Advocate. We lift up this situation to You, knowing that You see all and will not let injustice go unanswered. We ask that You break the hardness of heart in the landlord, the lawyer, the owner, and all those involved in this deception. Soften their hearts, Lord, and replace their stony hearts with hearts of flesh, as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26. Let them see the gravity of their actions and turn from their wicked ways.

We pray for conviction to fall upon them, Holy Spirit. Let them feel the weight of their sin and the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom. May they be led to genuine repentance, offering restitution and making right what they have wronged. We declare that their plans to deceive and oppress will not stand. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask for Your protection over this dear one who has suffered so much. Heal their body from the harm caused by the electrical shocks, and restore their peace of mind. Provide them with safe housing, financial provision, and favor in any legal matters they face. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them know they are not alone.

We also pray for the electricians who were asked to falsify reports. Give them the courage to stand for truth and refuse to be complicit in this evil. May they be instruments of Your justice, exposing what has been hidden in darkness.

Lord, we trust in Your promise that "the wicked will not be unpunished, but the seed of the righteous will be delivered" (Proverbs 11:21). We ask that You turn this situation around for Your glory. Let the remorse, apology, and compensation that is due be given, and let those who have acted wickedly be held accountable. May Your name be exalted in this, and may Your justice prevail.

In the name of Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your Defender. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9). Seek godly counsel, whether through legal avenues or wise believers who can support you. God is not mocked, and what these individuals have sown, they will reap (Galatians 6:7). Trust in Him, and He will direct your steps.

We’ve been sitting with your words, and the sheer weight of what you’ve endured is staggering, electric shocks that left your skin wounded, a landlord and team who not only refused help but tried to falsify a safety report, and now a lawyer twisting “comfort” to dismiss a life-threatening danger. That is not merely negligence; it’s a callousness that wounds the spirit as well as the body. We’re so sorry you’ve been treated this way, and we want you to know that your longing for accountability, an apology, and a change of heart is not wrong, it’s a cry for the justice and dignity every person bears as God’s image.

When people harden their hearts to that degree, it can feel maddening and isolating. But you are not alone. We’re praying alongside you that God would soften those hearts, that He would break through the pride and indifference and bring about genuine remorse and restitution. In the meantime, it’s wise to protect yourself. Keep every document, every photo, every medical report, every threatening letter. If you haven’t already, lean on a wise advocate, perhaps a Christian attorney or a trusted person from your church who can help you navigate the legal complexities without being worn down by the intimidation.

Also, don’t underestimate the emotional toll this has taken. Treatment like this can leave marks that linger long after the physical wounds heal. If you have access to a pastor or a support group for those who’ve faced abuse, we’d gently encourage you to reach out. You don’t have to carry the heaviness alone.

Let’s bring this before the Lord together:

Jesus, you see the harm done and the hardness of these hearts. We pray you would pierce that hardness and bring these people to a place of true remorse, not just regret at being caught, but deep sorrow that leads to change. Protect this precious person from further intimidation, and grant wisdom for every next step. Where no human justice seems to come, let your justice and your peace guard their heart. Heal the wounds seen and unseen, and let them know your steady presence. We ask in your mighty name. Amen.

When evil men harden their hearts and refuse remorse, they provoke the righteous anger of Him who looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts. It is a fearful thing to see a fellow creature, landlord, lawyer, or any other, set their face like flint against both God and man, demanding fees while life itself is endangered. The equating of “comfort” with safety from death reveals a heart not merely stony, but welded into a mass of moral insensibility. Yet we are not to despair as though the arm of the Lord were shortened. Pray, yes, pray mightily that God would take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh.

These persons stand in sore need of that heavenly surgery which only the Holy Ghost can perform. No attorney’s letter, no earthly judgment, can produce the healing grief that works repentance unto life. The repentance which comes by terror and threat is but the vomit of a dog; it is not the gift of God. But the goodness of God leadeth to repentance, and how we must plead that He would display his goodness even to these opponents, not to harden them further, but to melt them by the beams of his love. Pray that they may be brought to the foot of the cross, for it is there that tenderness is born into human hearts. Jesus makes all hearts soft, and then stamps his image on them.

Do not allow your own soul to be consumed with bitterness. Entreat the Holy Ghost for yourself, that you may have a vivid sense of your own need of mercy, lest you, too, be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin’s response to injury. And remember, dreadful as their conduct is, divine grace can turn the wolf into a lamb. Many a persecutor’s heart has been shattered into a thousand pieces by a single glance of the Savior’s eye. His “I will” and “I will” are the pillars of the promise: I will take away the stony heart; I will give a heart of flesh. Set your faith upon that covenant word.

Where you see only a hardened demand for fees and forced eviction, Christ can create a fountain of repentant tears. Real repentance, that hatred of sin and turning from it, is his gift. It is not to be pumped up from the depths of human nature, but granted by the risen Lord. As you intercede, look to him to draw these souls, not merely with the terror of the law, but with the cords of his conquering love. Their deepest need is not to be made to apologize by human pressure, but to be broken down and rebuilt by the hand that made them. Continue to bring the matter before the throne, not only for the righting of your wrongs, but for the salvation of their souls. God can turn the most unreasonable heart, so that justice and restitution shall become a joy rather than a forced concession. Let that hope sustain your prayers until the answer comes.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The images of wounded skin and the medical reports cry out to heaven, and the refusal to make right what is so plainly wrong reveals a heart that is, for now, deeply calloused. When men not only ignore a life-threatening evil but demand that truth be falsified, they are heaping up for themselves a dreadful store. As the Apostle says, they treasure up wrath against the day of wrath and the righteous judgment of God. They may think they have escaped notice, but the Judge of all the earth stands at the door, and His eyes are a flame of fire.

Nevertheless, do not let their hardness become a poison within you. I do not say that you should pretend the wound is nothing, but rather bring it continually before the Lord who loves justice. It is right to pray that God break the stony heart and replace it with a heart of flesh. Indeed, we are commanded to pray even for those who despitefully use us, because repentance has great force and can bring even the worst of sinners into safety. Who knows if God may yet grant them repentance unto the knowledge of the truth? The landlord, the lawyer, all who have spoken words that belittle your very life, they are not yet beyond the reach of mercy, if they will turn truly.

But mark this well: sorrow alone is not repentance. Even Esau sought it carefully with tears and found no place for it, because his grief was not a turning from sin but a regret for its consequences. The remorse that merely weeps but does not run to make restitution, to confess openly, and to undo the harm is a false repentance that the devil uses to lull the soul into a dead sleep. Therefore pray not just that they feel sorry, but that they submit to the Holy Spirit, who leads to a true and thorough change. Pray that they may not be like Judas, who felt the sting of guilt only when the deed was done, but then fled from the mercy that could have restored him.

For your part, hold fast to the assurance that the Righteous Judge sees and will repay. The lawyer’s words are indeed the fruit of a disturbed heart, but the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to reserve the unjust for the day of judgment. Do not repay insult for insult or threaten in return, for in doing so you would step into their company. Instead, keep your garments unstained by leaving room for God’s vengeance. Continue to bring the matter before Him who judges justly, and entrust yourself to Him. He is able to turn the hearts of kings and landlords alike, and even if they remain hardened, He will not forget your cry. Stand firm in this patience, and let your own heart be guarded by the peace that passes understanding.

The pain you have endured goes beyond physical harm; it strikes at the soul when those who hold power respond with cold indifference. A life-threatening hazard was twisted into a demand for payment, and basic safety was labeled “comfort” you do not deserve. That kind of callousness leaves a deep wound, and it is right to grieve over such hardness.

What you are witnessing is the natural fruit of a heart ruled by the flesh, a heart that minds only the things of the flesh, where deceit, greed, and self-preservation speak louder than conscience. When a person repeatedly stifles that inner voice, their heart grows firm in its own ways. This is the tragic pattern we see in Scripture: a heart can become so set against what is right that it stores up what it cannot escape. That is why our plea before God must go beyond a change of circumstances and aim for the innermost place.

God does not measure by outward claims but searches the heart. He is able to take out a heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, a heart that feels the weight of its own sin, that mourns over wrongdoing and turns toward mercy. This is the transformation we ask for those who have wronged you: not merely an apology extracted by pressure, but a genuine breaking, a true circumcision of the heart done by the Spirit. When that happens, remorse is real, restitution becomes a desire, and speech no longer carries threats but honesty and repair.

In the meantime, guard your own heart. Walking through injustice can pull you toward a hardness of your own, a place where bitterness settles in. Ask God continually to create in you a clean heart, to keep your eyes fixed on Him rather than on the shifting face of man. He sees what was done to you, He hears every deceitful word spoken, and He knows how to bring righteous judgment in His time. The same Spirit who enables you to say no to the flesh also comforts you in this trial, reminding you that there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus, even when the world heaps scorn.

We lift before the Lord those who have acted unscrupulously, the landlord, the lawyer, the contact people. May the Holy Spirit so work that their own schemes become sour to them, that they recognize the danger of a heart treasuring up wrath, and that they turn while voice still calls. May they learn that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. We ask for a reversal that brings not only the compensation and dignity you are owed, but also the eternal good of souls awakened to their need. Keep your heart stayed on Him, and let the promise of a day when all wrongs are made right anchor you in peace.
