Beloved Servant
God does not "make" you sad. You are sad because you choose to be sad. Being sad is a free will choice of your own. An expectation of yours was not fulfilled and now you blame it on God.
James 4:2-4 2You lust and do not have; so you commit murder. You are envious and cannot obtain; so you fight and quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask.3You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures. 4You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.…
It seems like you are trying to please God by doing a lot of "good things". That is living under the "Law". You cannot please God through the Law. Pharisees during the time of Jesus thought they were pleasing God by being "good". Jesus called them a bunch of hypocrites and "whited supulchres, full of dead mens bones".
Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
We live under "grace" now in the New Covenant. We are to live in what Jesus has done for us and inherited for us. We are to produce the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. We are to enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. We do not need to go to Him with "how good" we are. He wants to hear about how beautiful and fantastic Jesus is and how we have partaken of what Jesus has done and won for us. We have been given all power and authority in heaven and earth, just like Jesus. We have been given the keys to the kingdom of heaven and are expected to bring heaven to earth wherever we are. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, and greater works.
Are you willing to die for your friend, Jesus. Jesus was willing to die for His friends, us humans. And He did it while being betrayed, whipped, spit upon, nailed to the cross, asking His Father to forgive them all, and giving His life for His friends, and enemies.
God betrayed you? I doubt it. His thoughts are not our thoughts, but He will give you the desires of your heart. What is the desire of your heart right now? To hate God? That is not God speaking to you, it is the devil. The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy, not God. You are mad because you did not get something you wanted? Perhaps God wants you to grow up and be the son of God that you are, and be a son, not a servant. Be a servant to all mankind, but be a son to God.
In the name of Jesus, be blessed, you are a blessing. I ask the Father to reveal to you the true sonship He wants you to walk in. I ask the Father to show you Jesus. In the name of Jesus.
