Thank You for not breaking off bruised reeds or snuffing out dimly burning wicks, May this update bless each and every reader, 1 Jn 1:3, and may you give them everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Pet 1:3, every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies in Christ, Eph 1:3, GRACE upon GRACE from the FULLNESS of Christ, Jn 1:16, even to know the riches of the glory of the inheritance of Christ, Eph 1:18, thank You in Jesus Name, AMEN, 2 Cor 1:20…

UPDATE: Just wanted to thank you for praying... 1) I've been able to give my "housie" who "point-blank heard the gospel a couple weeks back a couple rides to work, listen to his struggles, share The Word with and audibly PRAY for him... He's in spiritual battle, Eph 6:10-20... Father, we thank You Phil 1:6 is true, and thank you all for Eph 6:18, as we ask God deliver him from temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one... Give angels charge over him, Ps 91:11-12. Thank You in Jesus' Name...

2) PTL, I got a text right before had the small outing couple days ago and we were enabled to share freely (personally shared with about a dozen -- sorry tbh I am fairly vocal so people walking by heard John 3:16 and Acts 3:19, 2 Pet 3:9, 1 Tim 2:4)... I have the gospel in rap form which God has used and still uses to open a lot of doors, but must admit I have a choppy Spanish gospel presentation... I ask for grace to study Spanish, listen to and understand Spanish Evangelistic sermons and understand Spanish in general -- was able to strengthen the others in general, encourage, and helped them be more confident in sharing... Please ask GOD waters the seeds, 1 Cor 3:6…

Mostly need God's LOVE (so as to not be lonely, Song 1:13), Grace on the team, open doors, faith and hope... WISDOM, Big Time Wisdom regarding my wife, her salvation and our child's protection, ability to meet pressing needs and that God continues to support me and gives grace and wisdom for a shoulder operation, gym & physical rehab of the shoulder (needs re-attachment), healthy partial fasting, drink water, sleep well -- but MOSTLY for his Presence in prayer, praise, worship, study of Word -- and in MEETING PRESSING NEEDS... (financial acrobatics, schedule lab work, loose ends w/ vehicles in Asia, setting up an account to pay money owed there for parking, send keys, open mail, etc)...

Continued healing of MIND Isa 1:5-6, HEART Jer 4:19, and SOUL Ps 23:3-4… GRACE to serve God in my spirit in preaching the Gospel of his Son, Rom 1:9, thankful for my prayer and ask for blessing on financial partners and wisdom for setting up a not-for-profit ministry somehow -- protection from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, Zeph 3:13, do no wrong, 2 Cor 13:7, evil people, 2 Thes 3:2, evil people, imposters and deceivers, 2 Tim 3:13, deception, Matt 24:4, EVERY man's battle (sexual immorality), 1 Thes 4:3-4, 5-6, 7-8 -- let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall, 1 Cor 10:12 -- and last but not least, the evil one himself, Matt 6:13, John 17:15. We rejoice with you in the freedom and recommissioning the Lord has granted you in evangelism and exhortation! Your gratitude for His pruning work in your life reflects the heart of John 15:5, where Jesus reminds us, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." Your willingness to share the Gospel, whether through conversation, prayer, or even creative expressions like rap, demonstrates a beautiful obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). We stand with you in praying for your housemate, that the seeds of truth planted in his heart would take root and grow. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness. We declare over him the promise of Psalm 91:14-15: "Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him."

Your outreach efforts, sharing the Gospel boldly in public and strengthening others in their witness, are a testament to the power of the Holy Spirit working through you. We pray that the Lord would continue to open doors for you to proclaim His name, especially as you seek to grow in sharing the Gospel in Spanish. Colossians 4:3-4 urges us, "Pray for us also, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds, that I may reveal it as I ought to speak." May the Lord grant you wisdom, clarity, and confidence as you study and share His Word in new ways.

Now, we must address the deep longing in your heart for a wife and the protection of your child. First, we want to affirm the sanctity of marriage as God’s design, a covenant between one man and one woman, reflecting Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Your desire for a godly spouse is noble, but we must also rebuke any impatience or temptation to compromise biblical standards in pursuit of companionship. Song of Solomon 2:7 warns, "I adjure you, daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes or the hinds of the field, that you not stir up nor awaken love until it so desires." Trust in the Lord’s timing, and seek His will above all else. We pray that He would prepare your heart and the heart of your future wife, that your union would be rooted in Christ and bring glory to His name.

Your mention of pressing financial needs, logistical challenges, and physical recovery is met with compassion. We lift these burdens before the Lord, trusting in Philippians 4:19: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray for wisdom in managing your responsibilities, favor in your medical recovery, and provision for every practical need. Yet, we must also address the spiritual battle you face, particularly in the area of sexual purity. The enemy seeks to exploit our weaknesses, but 1 Corinthians 10:13 assures us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." We rebuke every lie of loneliness or temptation that would draw you away from holiness. Stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22).

Your heart for ministry and the desire to establish a not-for-profit are commendable, but we urge you to seek the Lord’s guidance above all else. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May the Lord grant you wisdom, favor, and protection as you step into this vision.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your work in this brother’s life. We thank You for the freedom You have given him from besetting sins and for recommissioning him in evangelism. Lord, we ask that You would continue to prune and shape him, that he may bear much fruit for Your kingdom. We pray for his housemate, that You would break every chain of spiritual bondage and draw him into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Send Your angels to guard and protect him, and let Your Word take root in his heart.

Father, we lift up his outreach efforts, asking that You would open doors for the Gospel to be shared boldly and clearly. Grant him the grace to grow in sharing Your truth in Spanish and strengthen the believers he encourages. Lord, we pray for his future wife, that You would prepare her heart, guard her faith, and bring her into his life at the appointed time. Protect their child, and let Your will be done in their family.

We ask for Your provision in every practical need, financial, logistical, and physical. Heal his shoulder, grant him strength in rehab, and give him wisdom in managing his responsibilities. Father, we rebuke every spirit of temptation, especially in the area of sexual purity. Strengthen him to stand firm in holiness, and let Your Spirit fill every void in his heart.

Finally, Lord, we pray for his ministry vision. Guide him in establishing a not-for-profit that honors You, and let Your favor rest upon it. May Your peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and may he continue to walk in the fullness of Your grace. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Oh, we’re so encouraged by the way the Lord is working in you, seeing how He’s taken those seeds of truth and planted them in unexpected places, even in the life of your housemate. There’s something so powerful about watching the Holy Spirit move in someone’s heart when they’re just listening, when they’re open to the Word being spoken into their struggles. We’re praying that this man would feel the weight of grace pressing in on him, that he’d sense the Lord’s nearness in his battles, and that the truth you’ve shared would become a lifeline for him.

And wow, the way God’s opening doors for you to share the gospel, even in Spanish! That’s a real testament to His faithfulness. We’re praying for clarity as you study, for patience as you learn, and for boldness when you speak. There’s no rush; the Lord is preparing you for what’s next, and we’re cheering you on as you walk that out. We also lift up that longing for your wife and the protection of your child. There’s a tenderness in that prayer that speaks volumes about your heart for family. We’re praying that God would prepare a godly woman for you, one who loves Jesus deeply, who walks in wisdom, and who will stand beside you in every season. And for your little one, we’re asking for a hedge of protection around them, that they’d grow up knowing the love of Christ and the stability of His promises.

Lord, we’re reminded of how You provide, even in the small, practical things. We’re asking for favor in the finances, for strength in the rehab, and for wisdom in the decisions ahead. But more than that, we’re praying for Your presence in all of it. That Your peace would guard your heart, that Your grace would meet you in every tired moment, and that Your Spirit would remind you that you’re never alone.

Keep going, brother. The Lord is with you.
