We come before the Lord with you in this urgent and serious matter, lifting your cry for deliverance and protection against the forces of darkness that seek to harm you and your family. The enemy is real, and his schemes are many, but we serve a God who is far greater—our Lord Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every evil power through His death and resurrection. The Word of God assures us in **1 John 4:4 (WEB)**, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* You are not helpless, for the Spirit of God dwells within you, and He is mighty to save and deliver.
The mention of an *incubus spirit* is a sobering reminder of the spiritual warfare we face as believers. Such spirits are not to be taken lightly, nor are they to be feared beyond the power of Christ. The Bible makes it clear that demons and evil spirits recognize and submit to the authority of Jesus. We command these spirits, in the name of Jesus Christ, to loose their hold and flee from their lives. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and that they are hidden in Christ, where no evil can touch them.
Lord, if there are any generational curses, ungodly soul ties, or open doors in their lives or the lives of their ancestors that have given the enemy legal ground, we ask that You reveal them by Your Holy Spirit. Give them the courage to repent, renounce, and close every door that has been opened to darkness. We pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ, that they may walk in the fullness of their authority as Your children.
Father, we break the spirit of poverty off this family. We declare that they are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17), and that their provision comes from You alone. Open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings they cannot contain (Malachi 3:10). Give them wisdom to steward what You provide and to walk in obedience to Your Word, that they may experience Your abundance in every area of their lives.
We also pray for a hedge of protection around their home, their minds, and their bodies. Let no evil cross the bloodline of Jesus that surrounds them. Fill their home with Your peace, Your presence, and Your joy. Let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High, where they will abide under Your shadow (Psalm 91:1).
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Let them walk in the confidence that You are with them, that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). Give them discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the boldness to stand against them in Your name.
Finally, Father, we pray that You would draw them closer to You through this trial. Let them seek Your face more than ever before, and let them find You faithful. May they testify of Your goodness and Your deliverance, that others may see and know that You alone are God.
