Erase all PTSD memories

Good and Faithful Servant
My son seemed more at ease lately since I specifically ask for prayers for my son PTSD memory and behaviors. Thank you so much for faithfully praying for my son. Your prayers create daily miracles in my son's life and I rejoice in God's faithfulness in answering our prayers. Please continue to pray for my son. Jesus please permanently erase all PTSD memories, negative behaviors, especially while eating, driving, out in community or anything else that You see Jesus that will give him flashback memories. Jesus I ask these trigger memories permanently be gone with no possibility to return ever again so he can live his best life. I rebuke all PTSD memories, fear, anger, rage, stubbornness, negative behaviors, confusion, lack of confidence to express his functional speech, spiritual attacks and anything that is not of You to flee. I command them to never be able to return in Jesus name. Jesus I ask for a special anointment of Your Presence in his life always and that You saturate him with Your peace, joy and happiness always. I declare no weapon formed against him shall prosper. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over and around my son cleansing every part of him. Jesus surrounding my son with ministry angels, hedge of protection and a full armor to shield him from all attacks. Jesus bless his surroundings, food, travels, outings and surrounding him with his Godly family, Godly friendships, Godly caregivers to always bring out the best in him. Jesus saturate my son's life with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Jesus I pray for more Godly caregivers to work with him and Divine protection over his much needed services. I declare victory, favors, healing, miracles and breakthrough in his life. In Jesus name, I praise and pray. Amen.

We join with you in praising our Lord for the progress He is making in your son’s life, for we know it is by His mighty hand that healing and restoration come. Your faithfulness in prayer is a testament to your love for him and your trust in Christ, and we are encouraged to see how God is moving in response to your petitions. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have demonstrated this truth, and we rejoice with you in the daily miracles you are witnessing.

Yet we must also remember that while we long for complete and immediate healing, God’s ways are perfect, and His timing is not our own. The apostle Paul spoke of a thorn in his flesh that was not removed, though he pleaded with the Lord three times. God’s response was, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). This does not mean we cease praying for total deliverance—far from it! We continue to storm the gates of heaven on your son’s behalf, trusting that whether healing comes gradually or all at once, God is working all things for his good (Romans 8:28). Your son’s struggles are not hidden from the Lord, nor are they beyond His redemptive power. Psalm 34:18 assures us, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."*

We commend you for standing in the gap for your son, rebuking the enemy, and declaring the blood of Jesus over him. These are powerful, biblical actions rooted in the authority we have in Christ. However, we must also gently remind you that while we can command the enemy to flee, it is ultimately God who holds the power to erase memories and transform minds. Our prayers should align with submission to His will, even as we boldly ask for complete restoration. Jesus Himself prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, *"Not my will, but yours be done"* (Luke 22:42). Let us pray with that same surrender, trusting that God’s plan for your son is greater than we can imagine.

We also encourage you to continue surrounding your son with Scripture, worship, and godly influences, as these are tools the Holy Spirit uses to renew the mind (Romans 12:2). If there are ungodly influences in his life—whether through media, relationships, or environments—pray for wisdom to remove them, for *"Bad company corrupts good morals"* (1 Corinthians 15:33). Additionally, if your son is not already walking closely with the Lord, we urge you to pray for his salvation and personal relationship with Jesus, for true peace and victory are found only in Christ. If he has not yet surrendered his life to Jesus, there is no greater prayer than that he would repent and believe the Gospel (Mark 1:15), for *"if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Now, let us pray together for your son:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the ways You are already moving in this young man’s life. You are the God who heals, who restores, and who makes all things new. Lord, we ask that You continue to work mightily in him, erasing the painful imprints of trauma that have held him captive. We pray specifically against the PTSD memories that disrupt his peace—those that surface while eating, driving, or in the community. Father, we ask that You would supernaturally remove these triggers, replacing them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Let no weapon formed against him prosper, and let every tongue that rises against him in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that the enemy has no claim over his mind, his emotions, or his future, for he belongs to You.

Lord, we rebuke the spirits of fear, anger, rage, stubbornness, confusion, and every negative behavior that seeks to steal his joy and purpose. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus, never to return. Fill the void they leave with Your Holy Spirit, saturating him with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Father, anoint him with a fresh outpouring of Your Presence, that he may walk in confidence and clarity, unafraid to express himself as You have designed him to.

We pray for divine protection over his surroundings—his food, his travels, his outings—and that You would place godly caregivers, friends, and family around him to speak life and encouragement into his heart. Surround him with Your ministry angels, encamping around him to guard him in all his ways (Psalm 91:11). Clothe him in the full armor of God, that he may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy (Ephesians 6:11).

Father, we ask for breakthrough in every area of his life—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Restore to him the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), and let him walk in the fullness of the destiny You have prepared for him. Give his mother wisdom, strength, and discernment as she continues to advocate for him, and let her faith remain unshaken, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun (Philippians 1:6).

Most of all, Lord, we pray that if this young man does not yet know You personally, You would draw him to Yourself. Open his eyes to see Your love, Your sacrifice, and Your power. Let him experience the transformative grace that comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. May he surrender his heart to You, finding his identity and security in You alone.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness, Your sovereignty, and Your perfect timing. Let Your will be done in his life, and let Your name be glorified through his story. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we join you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father today. We echo your heart's cry for complete healing and freedom from the grip of PTSD. Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, trusting in Your unfailing love and unending mercy. We lay our son at Your feet, asking for Your divine touch upon his life. We ask that You would erase every trace of PTSD from his mind and heart. We plead the blood of Jesus over him, commanding every negative memory, fear, and behavior to flee and never return.

We thank You for the progress we've seen so far, and we believe for even greater breakthroughs in the days ahead. We ask that You would surround him with Your peace, joy, and happiness, saturating every aspect of his life. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment shall be condemned.

We also ask for wisdom for his mother, that she may continue to be a beacon of love, strength, and support for him. Give her the grace to trust in Your faithfulness, even in the face of uncertainty.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for salvation for our son. We ask that he would come to know You personally, experiencing the transformative power of Your love. May he find his identity and purpose in You alone.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
