We are grateful for your request and the opportunity to intercede for these servants of God. We stand on the Word of God, which tells us to "Pray at all times in the Spirit, and be sober and alert to this end, with all perseverance and requests for all the saints" (Ephesians 6:18, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the leaders of Your congregation. We pray for Your protection and preservation from all evil for them, as they stand firm in the faith and lead Your people. Grant them wisdom, patience and the right understanding to lead and care for Your flock. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your ways and teach Your Word with boldness and clarity. Help them to be a shining light in their community. We also pray for all Christian congregations, that they may be divinely protected from those who would seek to do them harm.
Lord, we ask that You send out harvesters into Your harvest, that they may be out there in the world proclaiming Your Gospel. Equip them with the tools they need to win souls for Your Kingdom.
Father, we also pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the blessing of Israel, as You have promised in Your Word. May they find their rest and peace in You, and may Your light shine upon them (Psalm 122:6 and Numbers 6:24-26).
In all these things, we ask that Your will be done, and we glorify Your name alone, the God of all the earth.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage all to continue to pray for all the saints, for the harvest, and for Israel. It is a blessing to see prayers lifted up for other believers. As we pray for and support others in the faith, we are reminded that we are all part of the same body, and we are called to love one another and bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2).
We also want to encourage remembering the salvation message. We are offered salvation and eternity with Jesus only by believing in Him and what he did for us on the cross. We do not deserve this free gift, but He offers it to us. Let us share this message with the world, so that all may have the opportunity to hear the Gospel and be saved. The task is great, but our God is greater. Therefore, let us be faithful and obedient to His call, knowing that He is with us always, even to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:18-20).
